Excellent customer service! Delicious macchiato this morning?
The manager was very rude and decided that we shouldn't feel welcomed or try to utilize the space in the dining room because she assumed we were homeless... She also made a comment about a grocery bag I had with me being from Raising Canes. Then she told us not to get comfortable because she was going to be closing the restaurant due to a leak coming from the upstairs. The rest of the team was very polite and seemed to have the appropriate sense of urgency and worked together well. It was very clean and seemed to be recently renovated and I loved the style and cleanliness of the restroom as well. It's a shame that the manager would spoil a first impression with customers by first assuming they were homeless and then thinking it is ok to treat them poorly or attempt to make us leave as soon as she can.
Amazing amazing AMAZING ? I love goin here to get food n drink for my coworkers whenever I'm asked. The staff here make my experience wonderful every time. They stay strong and support each other well even when there's a long train of customers all ready to drink and devour the entire menu. I thank you all at this Einstein Bros. location. From my heart forreals.Thank you Jess, Kyle, Kari Lee, Madison, Miranda, Liz, Hailey, and everyone else whom I did not name.I hope to tip you all greatly one day.
Service was a bit slow for how many customers were there when I went in at 7:20am. We got a to go order and they did not include and napkins ?we are eating on the go I would think that it would be put in the bag when they hand you your order.Go to the Einstein at McClintock Dr and Guadalupe much quicker and include all items needed when eating on the go. Also despite how busy this location is they always get you out quickly.

The girl at the cash register was super friendly. Like really. The chorizo sunrise bagel was meh, the orange juice was great. And again, the staff was great.
Based on the location, I was a little worried about parking for this coffee shop. But parking is not a problem, at least in the morning. Inside is spacious and there is more seating outside. Their speciality is obviously coffee and bagels, both of which are excellent. Alternative drink choices are limited especially if you are interested in herbal teas.
On a busy Saturday morning received good, fast service. All employees were nice, and the place was clean! For being right next to ASU there was less than a ten minute wait time for ordering and receiving all food. Also I gave a dairy allergy and there was no errors with my order. Thank you!!
