Shoot long lines need I say more? It's long because it's good stuff. Caffeine and sugar stop for sure. Staff is always cool and nice
Coffee is al we came for I didn't get to have a drink from there so it was ok
Love their coffee but hate the long lines. Sometimes they will have someone out taking orders. Today the line was so slow and of course people get confused by the 2 lines and cut each other off. Wish their wait times were a bit faster.
So bad customer service. The cashier offered to fix my drink they messed up on and the night manager straight up said no. Just give her the cream and sugar in a cup. No Apology over the mess up. Definitely not going there again.
They had originally messed up on my drink so I had to wait in line again but they made it again and the girl with the yellow shirt and overalls with the ponytail she was just so amazing and so funny and super sweet and very understanding I love her bubbly energetic energy and truly it’s always a great experience when I’m at Dutch Bros I have never had a experience where it was just like I never wanna go back truly amazing customer service and everyone should take notes when it comes down to how they treat their employees and their customers because there customer Way is just top-tier best overall

My favorite dutch location!! The people who work here are lovely and know me by name. Drinks are always delicious and I enjoy visiting every time I go. This location has a terrible patio with zero shade cover though!
I love the customer service provided here. They're always so helpful with helping me decide. They even give my dog a treat.
I stopped here on my way from the Phoenix airport at about 10:40 PM, right before closing. Blown away by the friendly and quick service, literally at all hours of the day. I got an extra strength chai and a chocolate chip muffin top. I was a bit disappointed in the chai, but I'm Indian so I expect to be disappointed in chai. It did the trick though! And the muffin top was really good. All around a positive experience.
Great coffee. People here are always the best . My wife loves them. I go for the 100+ energy drink options.
