Burnt tater tots, small portions, long wait time after ordering at the drive thru. It was a Sunday morning, I understand and don't mind waiting. But please do better with the quality of the food. A tip - avoid giving customers napkins along with handing back their change and receipt. Best practice is to place them in the food bag. Will try again in a few weeks.
Small portions for sides, burnt around the edges. It was edible. We understand things happen. Great customer service. Please place the napkins inside the bag, and avoid stuffing too many items in one bag. Kinda smoothed everything. Hey, it's fast food.
I normally don't care for dunkin donuts. I've been there like 2 times in my life. My husband wanted them one morning and it was super early so it should've all been fresh since they just opened. The hash browns were burnt outside and raw inside. They didn't give us our whole order and they didn't even give us the donuts we ordered. The only reason they get 3 stars is because the coffee was good.
Fast service during the drive-through. Ordered a vanilla swirl frozen coffee and a strawberry frozen drink. Delicious!!!
Went to this location for the first time and was disappointed. The guy running the drive thru sounded very miserable and rushed me to order. I ordered 2 coffees and 4 donuts. One coffee I asked for extra vanilla and was charged for it and the coffee had no flavor at all. On top of that they had 4 cars including myself waiting for our coffee and it was the middle of the day and they were not busy. I don’t believe I will return to this location. Just disappointing service
I go to this dunkin for drinks all the time since they opened & I never try the food but today figured I would & now I will never again ? on top of the guy kind having attitude which I always look past bc serving jobs can be a lot but raw bacon was my final straw lol i’ll be back for the drinks just not the food..
So I’ve been to Dunkin less then 10 times my whole life but my boyfriend loves them. I’ve been waiting for this location to open so I could try it out and the first two times were great! Everyone was super friendly, you could tell they were still getting in the hang of things. I left happy both times. Now the third time I went I was trying to decide what to order. I was in the drive thru the woman working the window started off friendly I said just a second, literally a minute didn’t even past by and she asked me 3 times if I was ready and asked if I wanted to come inside.. she was kinda rude and rushing me. Even though it was less then a minute and no one was behind me. I had to go in anyways because she forgot my munchkins. The lady at the window didn’t look to happy when I came inside and said they forgot something. The barista ended up helping me and she was beyond friendly and helpful… 4 stars because the barista was amazing however the older women working the window needs some customer service training.
Tried the croissant bacon egg sandwich. Very good. Coffee, de caf and regular very good.
2 people working, waiting 35 minutes for coffee and food, out of most items. Saw 3 people walk in and out because of how long they were taking.
Love their blueberry donuts I just don't like that by 730 am their donuts are cold
