Asked for a latte got regular coffee with ice..Tasted horrible won't be coming back
Donuts? Who doesnt love donuts and you can t mess up donuts except not cooking them through and that's happened a few times. Meatless sandwich and the eggbites arent tasty at all. (truth be told I prefer KK donuts).
The staff is always amazing and I enjoy getting my coffee here almost everyday, there has been occasions when the coffee is off in flavor, either too strong or it seems they use the wrong milk from what I order, but if I go back and request to remake it they don't hesitate to do it, just a few times the staff looked annoyed by my request, but I'd rather get that not so pleasant face than paying for a horrible coffee.
Horrible attitude at the Warner location in Tempe. I walk in, the grumpy girl doesn't even greet me, puts my food on the counter without even saying a word and walks away, what an unfortunate experience to start the Easter morning, I won't be back.
The donuts here are the worst I've ever had in my life. I usually like Dunkin' Donuts, but both my wife and I decided to throw them away after one bite.I had planned on using this store for bringing donuts into work every week for my team; now I'll have to find good donuts somewhere else.
Pull up to get 2 small coffees. After paying they asked me to pull around front. Not knowing why, we pulled to the front and waited for 10 minutes. Drove back to drive through and they said we were out of coffee and had to brew fresh for you. Why didn't they say that in the 1st place? We had no idea what the Hell was going on. I had initially left a much meaner 1 star review but I need to be honest. THAT WAS A DARN GOOD FRESH CUP OF COFFEE.
I love DD. If I could give this stand alone location a minus 5, I would. Drive out of our way to go there for DD coffee and a doughnut. Two big banners at door say "try our brown sugar sips." We walk in at about 4:30pm to a completely empty place. I ask the young girl behind the counter "what is a brown sugar sip?" She stands there biting her finger nail and starts looking for the answer like its going to magically appear. I say Its on big signs outside the door. She finally says "I have no idea." My friend orders a regular coffee and a bagel sandwich. The girl stands there for about 3 minutes staring at the register. She finally goes, what kind of coffee? I say regular, with cream and sugar. She is confused, asks if we want Oat milk in it. No, cream and sugar. I want a doughnut but can't see the ones on display as they are no longer in glass cases for you to see but behind the area where the nitwit employee is standing...in front of them. Besides the fact that almost every bin is empty, the tags on the bins are all askew. I move to get an angle away from the girl and ask what are the 2 items on the lower left. She had no idea what I was asking. I had to point to the lower left to guide her. She still had no answer. As I could now see a little better, I said ok an apple fritta but still could not see the other. I ask again (3×) what the other item was. She bends down and says coffee doughnut. I said, what is that, like a cinnamon swirl? She looks as says, I have no idea. I say fine, Ill take it! Rather than handing me the item wrapped in wax paper. She wax papers it and puts it in the box. She never asked it was for here or to go. So waste of box...check. We then watch as she stands there chewing on her nails...no plastic gloves here!! We go to pick up counter. The MGR was working the drive through that was fairly busy. She completely ignored what's going on. We wait 20 minutes for a regular coffee and a hot Chi tea. She slaps the 2 coffees down without saying a word or cracking a smile. I swear, we are talking brain dead. Nothing registers with this kid. I look at her and the MGR and ask where our food is? ?Neither employee says a word. We wait another 5 minutes and the MGR throws the bagel sandwich on the counter!! I kid you not!! She had a look on her face like she smelled something awful. Throws the sandwich!! Now we go to sit down. The place was disgusting. Not one clean table, chairs all over, a pastry rack in the middle of the floor. I covered a table with napkins in order to eat. After eating my sticky doughnut, I want to wash my hands. I'm afraid to enter the WC. I go in, no soap or hand towes!! What do their 2 female employees do after going to the bathroom??? I'm sorry but this Tempe location on the border of Chandler can see itself closing if things don't change quickly. The sandwich it wrapped 3 times. Wax paper DD baggie and another box... More waste..check. I a world where an old co like DD is facing so much competition, why drive customers away? And are all our young people this impaired today?? I mean can you imagine her having to make change from a transaction? Don't worry about climate change. The human race isn't going to last that long at this rate.
Did not have the donuts I wanted. I had to go to 4th choice. I would have purchased a dozen if they had the ones I wanted. The coffee was good.
Super busy in drive thru not big on variety for doughnuts like i have seen at other DD. Waited about 15 min with one person in front of me inside. Was pretty clean. Had about 8 doughnuts to select from.
We were waiting for 8 minutes with no acknowlegment of our presence, we were standing 8 feet away from 2 clerks. We called them over to see if we could order and the male acted as though we were interrupting him. We ordered 2 cups of coffee and the female grabbed both cups with her fingers inside. We refused and demanded new cups which they did not take kindly to. I will never go back.
