Who ever is the blonde and has tattoos is EXTREMELY rude every single time. Rude to the employees around her, which is extremely unprofessional. I assume she is a higher up? Shift lead or manager? But her behavior is HIGHLY unprofessional and my family members agree. We will be taking our service else where and will be calling higher up.
Terrible morning crew had to pick up a grubhub order, bag wasn't sealed as well ask it was difficult to get their attention when asking then to do so, food took way longer then needed did not enjoy my time
I’ve been a consistent regular for the last four years and it’s sad to see what this store has become. This place never seems to have anything in stock and lacks the great service they used to have. I hope management gets their stuff figured out as it would be nice to have an egg when I order a sandwich or to even get a donut at what's supposed to be a Donut Shop.
This store is NEVER open on time. At least 4 times a week. And we are not talking like 5 min after 5am it is 5:30 and lights are off. Always out of things....the other day it was donuts??? First thing in the morning??? I usually go here every morning before work and it wasnt always this bad but now I am juat foing to change my routine and go to another location or a different establishment all together
FIRST & LAST time ever going to this Dunkin location. Extremely rude staff!!! To start I love Dunkin’ I go almost everyday to the location in Glendale, but I was picking up a DoorDash order and I also wanted some coffee for myself. First I walk in and there is only one other customer in the store & there are 3 workers I can see, 1 on register, one making a drink, and one towards the back. I get in line, my turn comes up and the cashier just walks always without saying anything, ok, I give the benefit of the doubt because a simple “I’ll be right with you” would of sufficed. Anyway I’m still thinking of my order anyway so about 5 minutes pass, not one word has been exchanged at this point, the first customer is leaving and no one else is in the store but me. Now a different girl comes up to me and asks “Have you payed?” I say “ no I haven’t even been helped yet.” She says “ok” and walks away. So at this point I’m getting annoyed and I don’t even want to order for myself anymore, so I walk to the pick up counter and as soon as I get the counter an elderly couple walks in, before they can even get to the register the first girl is already greeting them and asking what they would like. Now I’m in disbelief because I’ve been waiting for almost 10 minutes with not one word being said to me and the other girl knew I hadn’t been helped. So I walk out and just leave and as I’m in my car pulling out the parking lot the second girl comes out holding a drink walking to my car but she doesn’t even know what I was there for so she’s just handing me a random drink. So all that to say, go to this location if you want to have a bad day :)
They close early, short staffed and never has anything on the menu. This used to be a good location but they have disappointed me and wasted my time far to many times in one month. I just bought a ice coffee makers. Bye Dunkin
This is the second time I’ve come to this location and my food is wrong. I’m very disappointed. Wrong donuts requested. Wrong coffee given and now 1 slice of raw bacon on my sandwich. I won’t be using this location ever again. Please do better. Food cosT way too much for y’all to just provide trash.
This is one of the few locations that always manage to be out of anything you could want. The last dozen or so times I've ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese they are either out of cream cheese or plain bagels. Sometimes all types of bagels are out. They consistently run out of donut flavors even if you get there by 6:30. Their coffe sucks 9 out of 10 times. The customer service here is also pretty lackluster and frustrating to deal with the people they have as they love to have blank stares and poor service. I've gotten livelier service at a funeral home.
So on my "quick" break. I decided to grab a quick coffee. Normally, I have went to a Dunkin Donuts and they have usually been pretty nice and prompt in their services and is why I will go to a Dunkin Donuts at times. But this location took so long to even get started on, let alone fix my coffee, by the time they started on my coffee it had been almost 10 minutes that passed by, and by the time i got back to my job,which is only 5 minutes away, it was like I took an entire lunch when I did get back to work. On top of it all, the lady that originally helped me on the register **(heavy set female with the black hair, and piercing in her lip)**, made this male customer who had stumbled and walked up in there 2 people after **per>>(a lady, and I )**, and she had his coffee made and ready rapidly after he paid for his order and he had 2 coffees that had to be made, and also was a dine-in, she also seen me with my work badge on and was standing there, as well as another lady, and if she didn't she is in the wrong field, and position, and needs to go work in some loosely ran hole in the wall bar where she caters to "mostly male customers," and it is not as big of a deal to recognize what "true and good customer service" is in a coffee shop"FOR ALL CUSTOMERS," and so these technicalities for the role she is set up for at this Dunkin Donuts location as well as other locations are met accordingly. The place was a abnormally hot mess and this energy was immediately prominent when I walked into the place that day , the people that worked at this location were not working as a team, that's for sure, and white powder was everywhere where it normally is not, like they made Donuts on the checkout counter. Bad customer service, and I even told the guy that I had to demand the lady that originally took my order at the register to refund my money back please, and she gave me a hard time at first not understanding the principles of what had just happened and at this point what she should have done, when she seen and realized how upset i was she runs up to a 6 foot tall male with black hair and asked this guy to assist me in my refund, and during the refund process, i mentioned him the valid points of my frustrations and how i will be taking further recourse about my experience ? ❓this day, and how i felt about the experience and he reacted like, oh well, turned his back to me, walked away, and dismissed me, and everything i said, ? bad service overall in my experience from the beginning to the end because of all the unnecessary events that happened, at this specific location specifically, I also left feeling very uncomfortable and unhappy ?. I even put a few dollars in the tip can, the employees had in front of the register, during when I paid for my order, to show>> ( *hint,hint, please ? hurry.), also females that want to have way too, and super long mystery ? nails on, dealing with cash, and register should not be making coffee without "CLEAN" gloves on, I feel, and why I think a lot of orders can get messed up this way, I STRONGLY recommend going to the location on Elliott where a lady named Jeannette assisted me and was very kind natured, and where the employees as a whole there know what they are doing as far as the basics are concerned, I will not ever go to this messy ran location ever again.
