I had the worst experience at this store this morning. My total came to $6.03, so I gave the cashier a $20, a $1 and 3 pennies. She gave me $14 in change. I said, "My change should be $15". She replied with "oh sorry I thought the dollar was a tip." Then she tried handing me the dollar back and dropped it. Ugh! Then I go to eat my bagel mini's and there is only 2 in the bag. There is suppose to be 3!
At 9:10 am they were out of almost everything, took awhile to get my plain black coffee, and worker was a bit rude.
Great coffee. No long line at the drive-thru. Reasonable price..
Well I just had quite the experience at this location. This WAS my usual location, but I will now drive further for better service.Went through the drive thru. Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, an iced latte and an orange juice. I get home and open my order to find I did not receive my bagel order, but received two small bagel bites; not even sure what they were. Was annoyed, but accidents happen and can usually be rectified. I called the store and spoke with a woman who was kind and I told her what happened and she asked me if I wanted to come to the store or receive a credit for next time. I wanted my order so I said I'd go to the store. I drive back to the store and let the woman up front know who I am. She then walks to the drive thru area and starts yelling to a "John" the manager and he tells her what the order was. She gives me the bagel and that's it. No I'm sorry. No, "let me make this right." The manager did not come up front AT ALL. So now I'm upset and aggravated that I spent more money on gas to go get an order that should have been right in the first place! I then asked for the manager just to let him know I believe this situation was handled extremely poorly. He finishes a drive thru order and then comes over to me with a completely blank expression and asks me how he can help me. I tell him I'm upset and disappointed how poorly this was handled and that I've worked in the food industry and I can't believe there was no offer to really rectify this issue. He looks at me and goes "would you like me to refund the bagel for you?" Now putting this uncomfortable option in my hands rather than just refunding and apologizing for the inconvenience. I was super uncomfortable, but said yes I would because at this point I'm so disappointed. He says "The refund is $1.72, but we'll round it up to $2." If he was being sincere, you could've fooled me. I will never come back to this location because of this experience.
Always go to DD. They have great coffee of all types. Live the apple fritter plus the donuts !
I'm confused about a couple of things. When I order the stuffed bagel minis, do I need to specify that I like them cooked? Some days, they are amazing... some days, still frozen in the middle... literally.. like this morning.... just wondering about that? And is it 5 munchkins or 6? I ask for 5 and get 6, but then I asked for 6 and was told they come in orders of 5, 10, etc...Also, why is it so difficult to get a receipt? Thanks.
Quite possibly the worst dunkin I've ever been to. After 3 months of every day breakfast my order is right less than half the time. Management offers replacement for next visit but doesn't care to know what was wrong with the order. Training issues start at the top. Orders are put in correctly but the person making the food doesn't care. My sandwich today was so hard I nearly broke a tooth. This is the last time ill be coming to this location.
I drive further for this location because this dunkin tastes better and has dunkaccino. They have only made a mistake on my order 1 out of 10 times and most of the staff are very nice.
Tater tots. Love em. All of the time. All of the tots.
Tried Dunkins for the first time. The Bacon'n'egger down here is good, but different from ol' Timmies. Enjoyable to eat; However, zero nostalgia points.Americans don't know what a double double is. Had to explain to the girl I ordered from then again to the person going to make it.Also, this is probably Arizona specific, when you order coffee, they give you iced coffee unless you specify you want hot coffee. In Canada it's the opposite.
