Love this location! They were short staffed, but helpful, kind and still rocking the morning rush like it wasn't an issue. Ty! ?
The staff here is fantastic ! Honestly it’s like visiting family . I always bring my dog and they always give him a cup filled with whip cream (pup cup) which he loves.Beyond that, there food menu is top of the line for a fast food place. I especially like their breakfast options
First time going to this location cause I was craving their breakfast. I order 4 bacon wraps and add avocado spread at the window. Charged me for all of it. I get home there’s no bacon or avocado spread in my bag. Yes it’s my fault for not checking before I got home but the tag on the bad literally says bacon wrap. Idc about yalls timer I will check my bag at the window before I leave.
Overall I do not recommend this location. I order two separate occasions for delivery. The first time I discovered they didn't give me my drink and four of my donuts from my half a dozen I paid for. Instead of calling the number on the order to see about substitutes they had the delivery person play messenger which means I got a refund but no food. The second time today I have pictures. I ordered half a dozen and received 5 donuts I didn't order. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese, I'm sure many know the cream cheese has to be requested on the side. i knew this and asked for it to be put on. I received a practically buttered bagel with cream cheese. I don't own cream cheese so I now can't eat my bagel. The 5 donuts that were not ordered are not kinds I like at all so I can't still eat them either.
Worst choice. The man took my order at 2:10 pm on 22 June was like not conscious of my order. He gave me everything different and didn't feel of his mistake even. The girl argued with me to enforce me to take something else other than my order. They didn't refund me even. Worst customer service and image for Dunkin. Never come back
I prefer their coffee over Starbucks. Morning staff is always so great and a pleasure to see. Not so much the afternoon staff, they are always in a bad mood and never greet customers.
Overall not impressed with this location. The menu screens were broken and when asked the worker seemed annoyed to help. I ordered the mango passion green tea it tasted like syrup it was way too sugary. I definitely would save your money and skip this drink, even tho it sounds delicious. I also got a bagel that was already creamed very sloppy for that matter there was cream cheese all over the side. I wouldn’t come here again. Not worth the money.
Young blonde woman working drive thru on 4/27 around 9am was so rude. Gave me so much attitude. Didn’t let me get a word in. There were like 3 cars in line (not at all busy!) but she was obviously annoyed at me for whatever reason. I usually love this dunkin but i don’t want to go back! Who wants to start the day with all that negativity??? I’ve only had pleasant experiences there otherwise. I guess not everyone is cut out for fast food!!
Their donuts are pretty dang good for a big chain coffee shop. Always get a chocolate milk, too. So it’s nice that they sell that.
Don't order on the app. For some reason if you order on the app they won't make your drink. I had to wait nearly a half hour. They had the order. I could see the slip sitting on the counter, but they just ignored it. I was the only person in the shop and I stood near the counter, but they wouldn't even make eye contact. they just ignored me. Eventually I had to call out to them to get them to help me.
