Kay was amazing. She helped me even when she was understaffed. Never once made me feel like I was a inconvenience due to the high customer volume in the morning. Definitely recommend this location just for her. Way to go Dunkin’ for hiring one of the good ones. They’re hard to find.
Best and fastest dunkin I’ve been too in the valley. Customer service here is amazing and will definitely stick to this one! Best egg and cheese croissant sandwiches by far haha
Horrible customer service. So I stopped at this dunkin location on March 11 at around 6:30 pm to get some coffee. The restaurant was empty, no staff, I waited figuring the staff was in the bathroom, then I saw the staff member was in his car talking on the cell phone, he saw me waiting but would not stop talking on his cell phone to come in and help me, even though I been waiting. So I left, horrible customer service.
Came in and originally was going to get the hummus with the roasted tomatoes and they were out of the hummus, BUT one of the girls suggested the tomatoes on an everything bagel and I asked to add cream cheese and it was absolutely delicious! They had great customer service too just genuinely friendly. We need that especially during these harder times
Dunkin Is VERY underrated or I’ve been living in the dark. Either way I’m glad i wentGreat food. Great prices and they were very willing to accommodate special requests. The suggestions made were perfect, Hazelnut Cold Brew with foam and a breakfast sandwich that was BY FAR better than a “mcmuff”. I’ll definitely be going back and would recommend, AND the doughnuts were FRESH ?
Worst Dunkin location I've ever been too. Terrible service if they even decide to open that day. When will management take note and make changes? This location used to be good until about 5 months ago. Sad
At the drive-thru window, I was given cold coffee and the wrong menu item. I asked them to remake the coffee which they did, but they refused to give me a refund on the food item. I asked for the manager, and the employee said she was in the office on the phone. I waited at the window about 5 minutes with no manager appearing, then decided to go inside the lobby to see said manager. All I got was a run around from the two teenage boys who worked there, they were wearing sloppy t-shirts and hoodies, no uniform, no name tag, no representation of Dunkin Donuts at all. The one of them lied to me and told me he was actually the manager in charge, he said he could not refund me but he offered a gift card. He also claims to have written down the names of the store managers with phone numbers and also his own personal first name. The gift card turned out to be used, and neither of those two managers existed that he had written down. I drove to the other location near 79th Street and Thomas Road and actually got hold of one of the managers over there. They corrected the phone numbers for me and indicated that the store I had this visit has had had lots of problems over time. So I was lied to, I was ripped off for $15, so I made a phone call to corporate headquarters for Dunkin Donuts and am currently emailing and corresponding with them with photos of the Interior, the employees, as well as the ID numbers on the bogus gift card. I hope the owners of this franchise can read this review and act accordingly so they don't get ripped off by their employees anymore. I will continue to eat at other locations, but this location here has definitely Fallen to the bottom of the list with poor service, poor food choices, and lying thieving employees.
Lobby was not open at 7am despite 5am hours posted. Called and watched drive thru employee ignore the phone. Filed a complaint with corporate but they have apparently done nothing for months. Check out nearby Human Bean or Bikini Beans. They'll at least serve you during business hours.
Lobby wasn't open at 9am! Why??? Zero notes and employees seem to enjoy watching customers attempt to enter. After reading other reviews this has been an issue at this location for months.
