What an amazing place. Loved that it’s all vegan and gluten free and the food tasted just amazing .great little small family run place in the East valley. Would highly highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back. They also have a small private dining room. They have theme tea parties so do check their website for events. Melissa is the owner and she shared her story and inspiration behind starting this dream of hers. Loved it!
Very lovely place. You can tell everything is very intentional. There is not a lot of people there at once. Everything on the menu is crafted and you can see in the details their ethics and values. Everything was delicious and very filling. My bf surprisingly liked it a lot (He seemed to enjoy it even more than I did). At the price point, it would definitely be a place I save for special occasions but I'm glad I was able to experience it. My favorite part was the macaron and the meringue mushrooms.
The tearoom was so beautiful! Everything was presented neatly and with class! It was truly a treat to dine in! Me and my party got the full service high tea and it didn’t disappoint. We came to this particular tea house because one of our party members has celiac disease so he can’t have gluten and watching him try things he has never been able to have was so amazing and I would really love to thank this establishment for their gluten free and celiac safe practices! This was definitely one of the food highlights of my friends life and it was a pleasure to be able to find somewhere to provide that to him!
This place was an amazing experience! I took my wife, daughter, and both grandmothers here for an early Mother’s Day and we had the grandest time. Tea was delicious and had a great selection. The food was amazing! Both my wife and her mom have severe gluten and egg allergies and its really hard to find tea time food that isn’t pure wheat based. They almost cried with joy at having traditional scones and tarts that actually tasted good. AAA+! They also provided a wonderful kid-friendly tray of food that my daughter was delighted with. The atmosphere was cozy but modern, really fun vibe. And the staff was super helpful and pleasant :)Can’t wait to come back!!
The customer service was excellent. We were greeted, welcomed and explained the protocol for the Tea Room. This was everyone's 1st visit so our expectations were not formed. The tea selections were numerous and the few I tasted were very flavorable and tasty. The menu, was our disappointment considering the price. I personally was not a fan of the sandwich or dessert selections. The portions were very small The taste of the sandwiches were not to my liking. I'm not certain what I was expecting when told there would be finger sandwiches. They were just that but the filling was... different. Do your research...
One of the most unprofessional business ever. My daughter made reservations for tea about 3 weeks ago. Reservations for 6 for 5/22. Paid the required deposit for each person. We arrived at designated time to be told another function was happening. No phone call, e-mail, or text to notify they were canceling. No effort to make things right. Her deposit has not been refunded yet. Will never book this place again, and will alert everyone we know about our horrible experience.
Horrible experience, awful customer service! I made reservations for a special tea to honor my mom who will be starting chemo this week. I made the reservation online and paid the required $20 per person deposit. Today when we arrive for our reservation they inform me that they have unilaterally canceled my reservation and reset it to another day without ever informing me of the change much less asking if I could make it on another day! No one called or emailed me to advise me of the cancellation. They made no effort to make things right. And as of now I still haven’t received a refund for the deposit. Simply taking responsibility and trying to make things right would have gone a long way in alleviating the disappointment of having such a meaningful gathering ruined. But they didn’t even try to make things right. Very unprofessional.
I LOVE Drink Me Tea Room. Their attention to detail is above and beyond. They are on point with their teas, incredible with the cocktails and the food is delightful. I highly recommend anyone who is celebrating any occasion to go there.
A perfect “un-birthday” surprise for my mom! Everyone was so helpful in working around dietary restrictions and everything on our tray was incredible. Her favorite was the chickpea salad sandwich: a tantalizing savory treat on soda bread topped with fresh grapes. And the meringue mushrooms were the best meringues either of us have ever had. The atmosphere here is unlike anything else! You truly feel like you have stepped into Wonderland. She also loved the Apricot Peach tea so much that I bought her a bag to take home. Love love love this place so much and I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit!
We visited several months ago during their winter menu but still wanted to share our positive experience. We did their Literary Tea option and loved it! The gingerbread scone and savory sandwiches were my favorite plus the teas were delicious and flavorful. We like supporting eco-friendly and local businesses and found them through R City since they compost. Thanks for being a great business!
