Great Service & High Quality found here! I have been a customer for 1 year now. I have enjoyed so many pizzas from this location and all have been exactly as I hoped it would be. The service clerks are friendly and punctual. Every pizza has been delicious just as the last time I ordered. Domino's Pizza is my favorite pizza because of it's buttery crunchy and flaky crust. It's robust tomato sauce, pineapple, mushroom and spinach with a cheesy topping. When I go for my treat, this is what I get because I know it's going to be good. Domino's Pizza on Broadway & Hardy you have ? my heart.

Aaron the manager should absolutely notA capable manager the way he talks to customers raised his voice on two conversations and hung up on a long time paying customer fir a simple confirmation of refund he’s absolutely rude and incapable of being in a management position -don’t know what’s going on but this is very upsetting here - I told the store on the phone I could not see refund in my bank any place _ he hung up on me when I asked for a confirmation code to speak with my bank - second time I called back I said o the call must have dropped ubut he started raising his voice then I knew he absolutely hung up on me when all I was doing was making a simple request for refund confirmation on his end so I could ask my bank , This could have went smoothly if he had phone skills he offered no additional details for a refund confirmation that I would need to ask my bank ? Or look for it ?? I do not see it in any account refunded ? It did not have to escalate he was rude and disrespectful -does not have customer service skills I simply would have taken the confirmation date time code and went to my bank and asked - no one wanted to ever get back to me with this information all the times iv called ?? Like it was so simple if u refunded me you would have some confirmation to help me - I have said I do not see it from my side but All at this store cared less - could not get anyone at the store to help me find it or the refund - yes that’s bad customer service
Fantastic location! Arrived hot and perfectly cook Clifford got it down, asked em to come around the back cause we have dogs and they delivered! Logan comin in cluth keeping the dogs quiet!
Pizza arrived cold and looked like it got something dropped on it, was missing all sauce, cheese, and topping in the middle 8". Called and said they'd send a new one out in 20-25 minutes after insisting I send them a picture. 45 minutes later, hungry kids screaming, called back to see where it was and was told I had to literally drive to the store to get a helping of attitude along with my refund.Side note to give me my refund the unwashed kid making the pizzas gave a key out of his pocket to the barrel of fun working the register and went right back to working on pizzas, no gloves, no hand washing. Will not be back.
Ordered 8 wings and chicken alfredo at 11:10 pm and tipped 10 bucks for the driver to go 1/8 mile. Lobby was closed but they deliver till 12 that night so I figured all was well. Watching the app the order goes out for delivery about 11:45. Watching the app still I head outside to expect the driver and wait. 11:57 it says delivered. I then call the store after not seeing any driver and no answer on the phone. I've worked for dominos as a driver and this is absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever encountered. It's on the driver. The store. The manager. Everybody.
Google says open till 1 but website says open till 12, also your delivery drivers peel up, sprint through your grass and pound on your door like the cops when you ask for contact-less delivery, might want to change both those things. I'll be going with Pizza hut across the street or the many places within 2 miles of me from now on.
Ready on time. Quick In-Person Service and Acknowledgement upon pick-up. Associate was kind, pleasant and gave excellent customer service. Food was HOT and order was correct.
Ordered 24 hrs in advance for a party with a class and after they charged my card and took their money, cut off all possible contact. No one answers phone calls, you are dropped as soon as the recording says someone will be with you shortly. I had a class very excited about having a party since they worked their butts off for it only to be disappointed when no pizza was delivered.If you cannot do the job, then cancel the order. Don’t charge the card and then not deliver anything. I will be disputing the charges and getting my money back. Thanks for raining on the parade of kids right before the holidays. Hope you feel good about that.Update: food arrived 30 minutes late (7 minutes before class ended) and definitely looked like it had been cooked and then delayed with delivery (which we are 5 minutes away from the location, no lie). The kids literally had to slam down food, which they did because they were hungry, but it was difficult to rip apart and serve and was definitely on the harder side.Do better dominos. You are capable of it.
