The manager of the Dominos branch is a low IQ individual who does not know how to properly take orders. I ordered a primavera and 12piece specialty chicken tomato and bacon. The pasta had no sauce on it and only a couple vegetables which basically meant that I was eating dry pasta for dinner. After complaining about this atrocity of a dinner, I was compensated the next day by placing the exact same 12piece chicken and a carbonara pasta instead of the primavera. Before the order had arrived the manager gave me a call to Inform me that the chicken for the carbonara is not available therefore I had to reside with the primavera pasta and 12piece chicken specialty. When the order arrived, to my utter disappointment, the 12 piece chicken was not there which shocked me because I’m not sure how a human can make such simple errors.

Picked up an online order and made the mistake of not checking it before leaving. The pizza and the chicken was good, the cheesy bread was a little burnt, but edible.The cookie brownie on the other hand, I could barely even tell the difference between the cookie and the brownie it was so burnt. The edges were all basically charcoal. I understand things may be left in the oven a bit too long but seeing a black brick and thinking it's okay to serve to a paying customer is a little much.

Each time I called in to place an order, someone picked up the phone after a 5 minute wait on hold, and immediately hung the phone up. I called back two more times there after only to wait longer and then get hung up on. this is a poor outfit, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I will use Papa John's from now on. Domino's just lost some business. In a time when business' are struggling to improve volumes and keep pace with or outpace the competition, this store has no clue. management needs to evaluate the persons manning the store, as they literally are not worth the money they are paid. Long time customer, moving onto another outfit.

I placed an order through online for delivery and then they called to tell me it was out of their area, but it will take them up to 3 days to refund me. My address was 2.1 miles and only 10 minutes away. Poor experience and customer service. If you can’t deliver you should not allow it to go through the online portal. I do not recommend this store.

Ordered online for delivery.. Ryan delivered our pizzas and lava cake nice n hot.. fromOther establishments we got it warm hot.. but this order came fresh out the oven with plates n napkins. You Normally have to ask for that. Thank you for the ease of ordering, prompt delivery and friendly delivery service.

I just redeemed my free medium 2 topping pizza. It was ACTUALLY free btw. And was able to get it delivered. No hassle just good ol PIZZA ?? Thanks Domino's. It wasn't hard to get the free pizza either. I ordered it think 3 times and was able to redeem a free pizza. And I love the app. How quick and easy it is to order and you can track your order the whole way.

2 weeks ago I called in to order a small meal. and since I live in tempe I called the closest location. My mistake , for whatever reason my order was sent to my daughter's address in mesa, from tempe...not uncommon apparently. When I called mesa the manager transferred me to tempe ,in turn tempe blamed mesa, so I called the local store and spoke to an assistant General manager she was very unfriendly , acted as if she couldn't be bothered and I was in mid sentence and she hung up on me. So I called back , the young man gave me the general managers name , who is never there, I called for a week and he was never in.So I contacted the corporation for dominoes and am now waiting for someone to call me to resolve all these issues.

Everyone knows what Domino's tastes like. What sets this store apart is how fast it is. My delivery arrived in under 20 minutes. Delivery guy was friendly. Carry out is stupid fast. The bikes are neat. When I need something to eat fast, this is my go to spot.

Something black was in our food. After I called multiple times the “manager” kept hanging up on me, after reading the reviews this is apparently not the first time. The manager continued to refuse to provide her name so I had to go into the store and get it there. Her name was Marissa and the other guy who was also apparently a “manager” named Tyler refused to help us. Had to call different locations and contact corporate to get the issue resolved. If you can’t bother to have decent customer service then what’s the point of working??

Ordered pepperoni and bacon and sausage and salami on the phone. Received ordered carry out and missing items. Called and said they couldn't do anything or refund or change my order. Could've called corporate and they still wouldn't do sh1t.... Very dissatisfied, will never return to this garbage customer service place.
