A lovely diner, the food was good and the staff were very professional, the place was clean.I will use this diner again, worth a try
I'm usually happy with my Denny's but I just moved to Tempe and the Denny's on University said they were only selling appetizers last we went and the one we tried today on Broadway burnt the favorite part of my meal the pancakes. ??
Christine, our server was doing an excellent job being attentive n friendly, despite being short staffed.. the kitchen/cooks prepared our meals in a timely manner.. overall food was great, welcoming environment and wonderful service.
It started out extremely rough. It took about 25 min to be spoken to after being seated. One of the waitresses passing by spilt a tray of soda on my boyfriend and continued about her day. If it wasn’t for the manager coming to help us we would’ve gotten up and left right then and there she reassured us and took care of us the entire time. She was amazing her and her alone made the visit!
Waited at entrance for 10 minutes, was never acknowledged by either the cashier or the waitress who walked by us twice. Some acknowledgment would have been appreciated, walked out without being seated, walked next door to Mc Donald’s where we were quickly welcomed…
At 12:45 I came into the restaurant and waited a long time to get seated. The restaurant was almost empty. I got seated and waited. I left my phone in the car and retrieved my phone came back to the restaurant. I waited and waited for someone to take my order. Finally I got up and asked the waitress if I had said something to her where she wouldn't wait on me. She said she didn't know I came back she was just waiting on the table next to me. She obviously was going through some type of personal problem. I am only one customer. But if you have associates treating your customers with disrespect you're not going to have any more customers. I took my family out to eat. When you don't feel like cooking Denny's is the place for us. The waitress was awesome. And the chef did a wonderful job on the food. It was only two of them there that night. And we didn't wait long either.
Me and my family came here after we went to a previous Denny’s and the service there was horrible. However we came to this location and let me tell you the difference was major! The service was above and beyond. Dulce and Tyler were our servers they were so friendly and outgoing! Definitely recommend this location you won’t regret it.
This Dennys is fantastic. The people who where working had such a friendly air about them. You could tell they liked working there and with each other. The food was great!!! There where a lot of pick up orders but my food camebout quick! I will go here again! Next time I will take pictures...
I've been to this Denny's a couple of times before. Didn't have a problem then, and don't have a problem meow. I really like this place. Food is awesome. Everyone is friendly. The waitress is a hoot. Kept us laughing and always around to make sure we are ok, or need a refill on drinks. ??⭐
