Long lines, total was not provided after order was taken. The person at the window did not listen to anything, I asked for a lid twice, and received an attitude back. It is very important to listen to a customer. Not happy with the service I received.
Been here twice and both times it was a bad experience. I would recommend driving a couple miles to another location. Maybe they can do better there.

I went there the other day spent 9.00.i ordered the chilli cheese meal i didn't get french ?? fries I wasn't told the fryer was broke till I paid when I got to work my chilli dog was all shrunk up was cold the cheese looked like it was sitting in there all day I just threw it away bad bad experience !!!!!!
Went through the drive through took awhile to get two chilichese dogs and a blizzard just to find out they didn't put cheese on them and the chili seemed either old or burnt. Was on the road already didn't bother going back
Was there about a month ago for first (and last) time. We got 2 chocolate ice cream cones. The chocolate was dark brown instead of the usual milky chocolate color you come to expect at DQ. It tasted and looked like perhaps they put quite a bit of water in the mix instead of sufficient dairy product. I have never had this at any other DQ I have visited. I dumped most of my cone--just not worth eating. I will not go back to waste my money to find out if that is their regular way of doing things or if, by some chance, it was only an occurrence on the day we visited.
It's DQ.... their ice cream machines always work. Far more than I can say for other fast food places. ??♂️
