I stumbled upon this place after getting a coupon and seeing how close it was to my apartment. After my first calzone, I quickly became a repeat customer. Of things I love most in the world, calzones rank pretty high. Within a few weeks, the owner knew my order (even when I forgot it) and who I was, because he is just that personable. They're speedy (even when they’re piled with orders), the calzones are DELICIOUS, and they always have great customer service! This will ALWAYS be my top choice for calzones. The Chick-N-Bacon Zone (with extra ranch), and the Bro Zone are so good!!Unfortunately, I am moving to the other side of the valley, but I will still make the drive out for my calzones.

Got it delivered to my door in a timely manner. But they forgot my sauce, kinda lame. But food is delicious

Came here for the garlic bread & wings. First time around they were out of bone-in, but the guy said to come back tomorrow, and he’ll have them since he makes them himself & they’re super good. Came back the next night and he remembered us and said he’d even made sure they were prepped and ready if we came back. Brought them right to our table once they were ready instead of just calling the order out. I appreciated the whole interaction & the thought! The wings were SO good just plain— with ranch was even better. Tender, tasty, everything he described. The Roni Rolls were so good & the vegan dippers were also surprisingly good. Will def be coming back to try the calzones!

Great food , if you like calzones I would definitely recommend and it is very affordable as well; definitely worth a try!

This has nothing to do with the food or employees- when I can actually be a patron. This location has not been open at the posted hours multiple times and that makes it difficult to regard D.P. Dough positively. I understand the labor market is tight right now, but other potential customers should be aware that there is a good chance the Tempe store will not be open when google says so.

My husband and I ordered the Roni Zoni and the Ranch Buffer and they bomb!?

I hate to rate it so low, but unfortunately I have to. The food is absolutely amazing most of the time, I had a couple times where they put spicy sauce instead of regular marinara. However, I recently went there and I ended up waiting in the parking lot for over 45 minutes after they opened because the employee would not actually open the store. We eneded up having to call and I understand he may be the only one there, but you still need to open up the store.

I ordered a calzone last night and was told my order would be delivered in 30-40 min, called back after an hour and talked to Nathan that works in the kitchen. He used foul language with me, was extremely rude and short with me, wouldn't let me talk and said, "my delivery driver isn't here, what do you want me to do?" It was by far the worst experience I've had with a restaurant. I ended up canceling my order and I'll never use this place again. I would leave zero stars if it would let me.

Foods great for either meat eaters or vegans. Wait times are reasonable or quick. Staff is friendly. Overall great place to eat

Calzones made fresh when you order! Great food and open late!
