I’ll preface with the food is good and healthy, and the employees are always friendly. The reason for the 3 stars is because almost every time I go here they get order wrong. I order a chai and specify no espresso (I’m super caffeine sensitive) and every time they add espresso to it, and they have to remake it. This has happened at least 8 times. Today I went and ordered the AZ burro no avocado. It had “No avo” written on the foil, but sure enough when I got home there was avocado in it. I think the issue is any modifications the drive thru person adds isn’t being viewed by the kitchen/barista. Hopefully this can be addressed and fixed, as this turns me off visiting as often.Edit: Thank you for the reply. I order chai as it’s less caffeine than espresso. I used to work a barista and can taste when espresso is added, and the color of the drink is much darker. When I order I always have to specify no espresso as when I don’t, it always gets added. I even had an employee tell me “chai always has espresso”. Hope that feedback helps.
I frequent this restaurant for breakfast about once a week and usually dont have a problem, however, today was deplorable. I spent 25 min in line with only 5 cars ahead of me starting you. I was tempted to leave in order to not be late for work, but I thought that would be wrong of me. By the time I got to the window, I waited several minutes for a cold burrito, and then 4 more minutes for a coffee that had a broken lid and ended up spilling all over my seat, which I will now have to get detailed. I understand they were probably understaffed, but that inexcusable for the cold food and lack of attention to detail like putting a good lid on a drink when someone just waited that long in a drive thru line. People go through drive through because they are in a rush. I will think twice before going if there is ever a line.

bit overpriced for what you get, the girl with the glasses and short hair is very rude. when you walk in they tend to look at you and turn away not very good service, they seemed more worried bout the drive thru then the customers coming in door
I was doing a pick up order, usually when I go it’s ready, I understand short staff, but don’t tell me “oh it’s almost done” and have me wait an extra 20 minutes, all I needed was drinks, just needed 1 more and I was on my way to my delivery, instead they worked on other orders, waste of time. Unassigned and left.
First time going there and it was good! Had the kitchen sink salad and a Four Berry smoothie! Small outdoor space to eat if you’d like. Food came out quick! Our group also ordered the cactus hibiscus tea with two stevia and said it was the best tea they’ve ever had and better than a Starbucks tea.
Absolutely loved this place. Very clean and cute inside. Had a smoothie that was the best I’ve ever had (breakfast buzz I believe?!). Also had the California club. WOW! Can’t wait to come back!
My partner and I love the smoothies and protein shakes here. The vegan option tastes amazing for their protein shake/smoothie and with my dairy allergy I can trust not having a reaction whenever I come here. My partner isn’t really into vegan options but he loves it as well, our favorite go-to. Best protein smoothie I’ve ever had and minimal chalky after taste that usually comes with any protein supplement. The staff has always been kind and friendly :)
Love this place!!! First time going was an amazing experience. Customer service was prompt, warm and welcoming and the FOOD! Was nothing less than amazing. Strongly recommended
