Ordered 18 cookies for $70. Were placed in two boxes and were handed to me stacked. When I got to the office this is what it looked like…not so great packaging. This falls on corporate/ownership and not on the staff which was very nice and professional during my visit.
The people here are always so friendly and I’ve never had to wait for my order. They’ve had testing flavors in the past which is a fun surprise he you go into the store and you can get a bonus flavor that’s not on the menu. There’s plenty of parking in the structure.
Not only are the cookies the best I ever tasted the staff last night were awesome. . I didn't get her name but she wears glasses on night shift. She individually boxed my cookies because my family had to get on a plane. I had to take them to Crumbl cookies before they left and they didn't disappoint. I got a six pack of different cookies. A must stop place to go to.
As always, these cookies are absolutely amazing and this location provided the same quality that has given them their awesome reputation. The chocolate chip cookie ? is a staple and the best chocolate chip cookie on this planet, possibly in the galaxy. Today I had the mango cookie and fulfilled a sugar happiness only found at a location like this. Parking would be a challenge depending on the time of day, however, well worth the headache. It is however located off of the main road immediately into the complex.
I try to stay away from Sweet treats but we are out of town and my daughter really wanted to satisfy her sweet tooth. Insomnia Cookie was closed and of course she loved her some crumbl cookies. We ordered cookie and creams because that's just what my children love, Oreo that is, my sister wanted carrot cake and I decided to go with the lemon bar. I am happy to say that only the carrot cake was overly sweet to me. I literally watch my sister eat the entire thing and probably going to a diabetic coma as she was nodding off while I was driving. I typically eat them and halves an in sessions where I come back a few times to save it the flavor because it's typically a little rich but it was good. I cannot front, I found myself not enough a little bit after eating the lemon bar, but it was good. Downside was that this location would not let me check in early despite having no customers. When I'm in Indiana this is an issue.
The ladies that were working there when I went were all so sweet and polite, my daughter was almost 9 months pregnant how do use the restroom and they told her exactly where to go since they didn’t have one. They got my order together quickly, parking is a little bit of a problem if you want to park right out front they do have pick up parking for your order though.
This location never disappoints! Every order, every time, the cookies have been amazing. I will co tinge to order from this location and would recommend for everyone in the area to do so as well. Keep up the great work!!!
I come here like every week and the cookies are always so good and the employees are always so nice. I got cookies on Valentine’s Day, which I’m sure is one of the busiest days of the year and they still went above and beyond for me. I love how there are new flavors every week and special flavors for holidays. I’ve recommended Crumbl to so many people and they all love it!
I sent my Daughter a 4 pack of these Crumbl Cookies and she absolutely Loved them !They only took 2 hours to arrive at her place.It’s way better than sprinkles cup cakes or cupcakes in a jar . They’re outrageously priced and they take days to get there. I opted to have these Cookies delivered instead and my Daughter was so Happy ? She said the Lady who delivered them even told her Happy Birthday ?
