Placed a pickup order and they missed my toppings for which I paid extra.
Really friendly staff, great ice cream, loss of one star because the straws for the milkshakes are so thin and flimsy that I had to suck hard enough to get a migraine and make my wife leave me.
My girlfriend loves coming to this location as it is one of the few locations that have dark chocolate. However, she is allergic to nuts and whenever she lets the employees know (so she doesn’t die of cross contamination) they always make a face, sigh, mock her, and / or roll their eyes. Just because they have to accommodate her by making it in the back. This is our 4th time coming to this location, and they have done it without fail all 4 of those times. We will no longer return to this location, purely for her safety. We should feel comfortable with the fact the employees will take care not to contaminate the food, seeing eyes rolling and mocking does the opposite. IF YOU HAVE AN ALLERGY, GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION.
Gotta love cold stone! It is a little on the pricy side, but for an occasional treat, this is the place to go!
As a part of the rewards I received my BOGO for my birthday! Ordered a 'Love It' cookie dough with reeces cup and it was delicious ?

This place needs to get it together and update their toppings and cones. Those cones are stale and need to be tossed. Definitely not healthy!! Other than that customer service was good
Like a fat kid a had a small waffle cone dipped in chocolate with chocolate shavings and gummy bears with a large dark chocolate shake to wash it down. Completely satisfied with doing this every few months. :D
