Drinks and food were amazing. We had mango margarita and WOW beer from four peaks on draft. Chicken lollipops were amazing. We also had dragon chicken and chicken pakora - which were good too. On desert we got mango mastani and faluda- and these are definitely worth a try if you want to enjoy these delicacies from India.

Overall: Bad customer service and the lowest food quality. Would be better if you find something else or better cook at home.Biggest red flag. I am new to the city and visited chutneys since it is closer to ASU. Should have read reviews earlier. This place is horrible. The food will reach you only after one hour of waiting and that too is horribly bad. They are ruining the Indian taste and dishes. They always charge more than what's on the menu. The owner just wastes time in sweettalkjng everyone. At some point, you'll want to tell him to go away so that you can be with the person you are there. As it is evident in the reviews, the owner is putting every blame for errors about food on his staff and not addressing his problems at all. Instead of saying that it was someone else's problem, hire a better staff. Looking at the owner, I don't a good staff will ever work there.Anyways, I ordered pav bhaji and I would really say that eat only if you want to go to hospital.Took time out to put this review so that people don't waste their time here.

Best Indian food. They made everything from scratch for us! Really enjoyed the ambiance. Owner is a food enthusiast and takes really good care of the place.

Came here with mixed feelings after reading all the mixed reviews. The restaurant is small with outdoor seating. Owner is nice and runs through the menu with you for ease. Ordered chilli momos which were great. Then had tandoori masala chicken and garlic naan, and food was flavorful without being too spicy. Also had the chicken biryani which was spiced just right. Had the mango mastani which is a creamy mango puree drink with nuts and scoop of ice cream. All in all, food was tasty and yes - spicy, which is how indian food is meant to be. It is located in college town so dont expect a phenomenal sit down fine dining experience.

Edit: The morning after the owner called me to sincerely apologize about what happened last night saying they felt awful and offered to make me some of his new vegetarian dishes as an apology for what happened. He talked to the cook who also apologized for the mistake. He even gave me his direct line. The owner was VERY kind and I appreciate how seriously he took the issue.PREVIOUS REVIEW:I ordered my food meatless with paneer and they fed me MEAT!!!!! no paneer. Horrible place, they don’t care about what they feed their customers. Don’t come here if you’re vegetarian.

This restaurant sure is supposed to have a lot more to offer than this. When I went there, I didn't get any decent service. It took me half an hour to get the cashier (who I think is the owner) to take my order as he was talking with other costumers about issues with his other restaurant. The food at the very least was decent but it certainly didn't reward the thirty minute wait

I’ve been to lots of Indian places in Arizona and this definitely has to be one of the best places. Their service, staff, owner and the vibe in general is exceptional. I’m sad I’m moving out, but my friends and I would come here literally every weekend. I’ve tried lots of their items but my top fav ones have to be: chole bature, vijaywada biryani, chicken pakora, and mango mastani. Mango mastani was specially prepared by the owner, and calling it an other worldly experience would be an understatement!! If I had the choice I’d literally come here every day lol

I went here because I heard it serves more Indian street food. From my experience, the service was great and the food was fresh, well cooked and very delicious! The lollipop chicken, noodles, and the momos were my favorite. The owner came out and talked to us to make sure the food was how we liked it. I am very surprised to see some of these other reviews. Makes me think I went to a different place. I will be going back again!

If I could zero stars I would. They don’t even use basmati rice to make biryani. Its just low quality rice cooked with masala.

Please don’t give spoilt food in take away order. Be honest with customers. When you say order would take 20 minutes then don’t make us wait more than an hour.
