Got food from here and it was packed horribly with all our food falling out of the tin and the bowl crushed. We ordered online and everyone’s was wrong. Some items were missing ingredients and having things that we didn’t click. We even checked the receipt and the place got it wrong. The person at the counter was so rude and annoyed. Very disappointed
Some of the staff members at this location are so rude. Eye rolling…sighing….awful attitude. I just left there and this is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve dealt with this. Today I actually watched the couple in front of me deal with it, too. Come on Chipotle…do better.
I came here around 12:30 Sunday, June 26th, and waited in line as only one associate was filling orders. No one else was assisting. I had ordered a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans (strained), and chicken (pollo asado). When it came to the other ingredients I asked for a touch of the salsa. The girl put a touch, then took another spoonful and added it. I said “Stop! That’s too much.” She then tried taking the spoon to scrape off the excess, and I again said “Stop! That’s cross contamination. You’re violating health codes.” I don’t know what she was going to do: throw the excess back in the container with the salsa, or throw it into the trash? Very odd. She started to remake my order, with an attitude, and I should have just left as we got to the sour cream. I asked for a generous scoop, and got a small amount. I asked for more, and received more than I wanted. Do they ever care to listen to instructions? It would be easier to let customers prepare their own sometimes. I dined in with the bowl, chips, and large drink. As I sat and had my meal I noticed something that didn’t look like it came from the rice, or any other ingredient. I packed up my meal having lost my appetite; taking my leftovers home. *See image* Before going I refilled my drink, but not until waiting for an associate who was fixing a beverage for themselves. As they stepped aside to stir their beverage with a utensil, I stepped up and was filling my cup when they threw their utensil across my person into the trash. Really?! You couldn’t throw out your waste in another trash can; or wait until I was not in the way? Rude and disrespectful. I don’t see coming back to this location again.
The one in Tempe is fantastic! Great service Food is delicious! The one on Bell in Phoenix not so great, the rice had no flavor, and it was cold. Was disappointed
The worst Chipotle I've ever been too. Hot food is too cold and cold food is not cold enough because they have the dishes double stacked for some reason. First guy used his hands to put rice in the burrito?? Whole place smells disgusting too.
Great job at skimpflation chipotle!
I wanted to grab a bite on Thursday, May 19 (8:20 pm) and the lady that was serving the food was rude and seemed to be angry. Throwing food, not paying attention and overall not caring. Forget about a smile! Please invest more time and resources to train your personnel better.
Terrible experience here. Asked for double meat and the girl only gave me regular portions. Blonde cashier gave me attitude when I asked for my receipt after paying and she said "it's in the bag" with attitude. Won't be coming back here.
Smallest, worst wrapped burrito I have ever seen. I mean you must have had someone who has never done this before prepare the to-go orders and then didn't check them. It should not be hard to follow written instructions (such as extra cheese and rice)... If it is, you are too stupid to work, sorry, but not sorry, just being honest. Almost $9 for a burrito and I am wishing I would have gone to Filiberto's because at least I wouldn't be eating it out of a bowl.
Horrible service and rude staff. I love the food but can't stand the people that work here. They rush your order and don't even get it right. Every table is filthy and the staff stands around chatting instead of cleaning while they are slow. Asked to see if they could refill the Aguas Frescas or tea and they said they were too busy and that they didn't know how. Lol
