The best Chipotle I've ever been to. The free Streetcar train drops you off right in front, order ahead on the app and you can get it to go in minutes and hop back on the Streetcar.
I go to Chipotle five times a week and order multiple meals each day. I've spent thousands of dollars with Chipotle. Usually everything goes smoothly and I'm completely satisfied. However; there's been multiple occasions now where I have gone to the Chipotle on Mill (1038 South Mill Avenue Tempe, AZ 85281) and received extremely poor customer care. One employee who stated his name was "Jonathan" gives EXTREMELY snarky remarks back when asked any questions at all. It has been made very clear that he does not enjoy his job and it's rubbing off on your customers. Thought this should be brought to your attention as I'm sure he's doing it to many people. This occurred on 7/19/22 at 3:46 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. He was the employee on the front line who held my meals and portioned everything out from start to finish. The staff is friendly but the quality of the food is maybe 2.7/5 because it’s gristle.I also found hair in my food but we aren’t gonna go there in this review they just need to maintain cleanliness and professionalism in the kitchen and make sure they are properly cooking and sanitizing equipment etc etc
Employees are kind and friendly and the restaurant is generally clean. I don't recommend going when ASU Gammage has a show, the line is always out the door.My only issue with Chipotle as a whole is that quesadillas can only be ordered through the app. I don't know why this is but whatev. Good food nonetheless
It's loud and busy place, this particular Chipotle. Probably lending itself to the college atmosphere surrounding it. Some people are training behind the line and that's good because it kind of indicates a fairly decent economy? Anyway they're fine. PS I loved the washboard walls next time I will bring a plectrum.
Line was long which I was ok with. However order before mines took the last steak. No back ups told to wait 15 mins for more. Got three tacos in the mean time two of which had meat third had the smallest amount of meat. Asked if they could take some meat off one an add to the other. To which his reply was don't reach over the counter top before I could complete my sentence. Then proceeded to give me an explanation regarding why guest can't reach over the glass. About 6 mins go by and I ask the cashier to let me know when there is steak again so I can jump back in line to get the remainder of my order. He then tells me we have steak. After my two burritos they were out of steak again. Not sure whose actually in charge but all I can say is tighten up. And also maybe not bark orders at the obviously new guy. That was cringy to watch.
First things first do NOT eat here guaranteed Stomach ache every time!! I’m not sure what it is but I eaten at several different chipotles and this one leaves me feeling sick every time..Portions are small..Staff is rude and gets worse when you ask them anything..Sauce lids napkins out of stock constantly..To top it off getting the wrong order made me finally write this..
We all love Chipotle… I mean it’s chipotle.I gave it 2 stars because my feedback seems to not be getting through when I talk to peppa. This is a consistent thing between this location and the baseline location, so I’ll admit. Maybe it’s me.When I think salad.. I think loads of lettuce and greens. That is never the case when I order a salad to go… it’s always a bowl with a itty bitty amount of greens on the bottom.Am I the only person who doesn’t get a salad but an upside down bowl instead?I’m just asking for more lettuce more greens and there isn’t an option to request more in the app when ordering for pickup. And I’m not standing in line, no one has time for that.Gimme more greeeeennss. Please.
Worst chipotle ever. Rude staff. Horrible customer service. I said thank you still and the lady slid my sour cream down with an attitude and didn't respond. 2 people made food sloppy. ..went another time and just as bad.
The problem with Chipotle is they have different taste every day, on some days the food is tooo salty that I thought they cooked it with sea water.. and some days i think they didn’t add any spices to their food.. i hate thatBut overall the food quality is so good, I’ve eaten there for more than 45 times
