This Chick-fil-a just can’t get it right. Orders are always wrong, lengthy wait times for mobile orders, and the customer service is lacking (bad communication at the counter and lack of friendliness). A far cry from the services rendered at virtually every other Chick-fil-a in the country…
It is a shame to call this place Chick-fil-A, because it does not provide the quality of service & food all Chick-fil-A locations should provide. I redeemed a deluxe sandwich prior to the visit and used it on my last order here, as well as the large fries and drink. When the food came out, it was disappointing. The sandwich was cold and the fries are not filled up. When I brought this to a team member's attention, she told me I had to pay if I want more fries. I was going to ask them for a refund, but gave them a second chance to fix it, only to be disappointed again where they refuse to help anymore. Please do wait until Monday if you are craving Chick-fil-A after 10pm on Saturdays.
This is the filthiest Chik-fil-A restaurant I have ever been in. Food all over the floor, tables dirty and homeless people wandering in and out. Just gross… Chi-fil-A certainly has let there standards slip or this restaurant’s management & ownership just incompetent. Maybe both.
Phenomenal restaurant experience! Great customer service and great food! Love how the employees level up the customer experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves great service with great food!
Food was fine, as typical with this chain. Our cashier was having a very hard time understanding our order and it definitely didn't feel like she knew the menu at all. The rest of the staff was very helpful and courteous.
I've never had a problem with any chic-fil-a until June 17th. I waited 25 mins for order to be completed, they gave me a water instead of a dr.pepper, my fries were cold and had a regular chicken breast in my spicy deluxe sandwich. Employee was snobby about it so i left without correction. I will not be going back, very disappointed.
Great quality food; however staff look like they hate life and everything about it. So not very welcoming environment. Fast service though.
Food was alright. But they didn't have their shake machine working so that sucked. And really, idk what all the hype is abouts! It was just mediocre. And for the price for just 2 combo meals regular sized. Pretty ridiculous too ? but I guess you can't eat out for two under 20$ Anymore just about everywhereS!!!!!!!!!!!! ?????♀️??♀️??♀️
Normally I would give 5 stars. I really like their chicken. I was passing thru Tempe AZ and my wife ordered a Cobb salad in the drive thru. She emphasized that she had celiac disease. They gave her breaded chicken which she can't eat. On the other hand, my two spicy chicken sandwiches were great.
I am very thankful that Cailey helped me figure out my Chick-fil-A app. She was helpful, friendly, and professional. We were given excellent service and I highly recommend this restaurant!
