It wasn't busy, the wings were cold and the server was nice in helping us figure out the menu. When I told them my food was cold they just re dropped the wings I already had in the grease then re smothered them in sauce. From working in the food industry I could tell the wings weren't to temp. I ate them anyway and got sick anyway. This was my first, and last time eating at this location
Thank you Kathleen we had a wonderful time! Service was on point! My girlfriend and I got served right away and helped to a booth. Our waitress Kathleen was absolutely the most helpful and kind person ever, she even made a recommendation of trying the cheese curds with caramel, and she was right, they were so good! She even refilled our drinks on her own! Thank you again so much Kathleen, we really appreciate your help!
Good experience. This is the first time I didn't get wings. I got the cheese curd burger instead. Highly recommended.

What on earth happened? We have never had an experience like this before. This is only a sample of some of the drowned and non tossed wings we got. I get that they are crowded but we could not eat these. We ordered online directly through their app. We will sadly not be back.
Our server was new, so she is not to blame for our experience, but 3/6 orders at our table were incorrect. I'm totally fine with a mistake being made but there was no recourse, and it was awful how it was handled. No refunds, waited an extra hour for the food. And then received "it's company policy" as a reason for not being able to improve our experience. Buffalo wild wings, do better and be better than that. Your employees are obviously not empowered to make things right with your patrons.
They didn't get my chicken wrap correct. .I asked for grilled chicken and got buffalo spicy breaded chicken wrap instead like what my daughter got. At least they left out the Tomatoes, since we are both Allergic to them. She was a good waitress and still gave her the correct tip.
I never have a bad experience here! The service is always great and so is the food! It's a greatplace to sit and watch the game or the fights while eating and hanging out with friends and family! It's hard to say anything negative because I'm here a lot and always have a good experience but I suppose the biggest con is the bathrooms are too small, but there's not a lot that can be done about that?.
Go somewhere else.Online orders are constantly late. Food is mediocre. I've had terrible experiences on the last five visits.It's just a coincidence that on my recent order, 20 traditional wings were replaced with 20 boneless wings (essentially paying $24 dollars for chicken nuggets).This whole franchise has been in decline for years. I am done with Buffalo Wild Wings.
the mango habanero wings are the best! get the bone in!! they really have one of the best wings around with the most flavors!
