The place is very nice and clean but I order the same thing every time I go in there and the guy that works there possibly owns it always messes up the order I get 2 large smoothies with Boba one with popping Boba and one with "EXTRA" regular Boba and he never gives me the extra Boba but he charges me for it so I tried today 2/20/22 to get crystal Boba and regular Boba in one so it would be double Boba for sure nope charges me 2 extra Boba and gives me just the crystal Boba very frustrating definitely not that hard to understand or do but it's my favorite one to go to then the other bosas so I'll keep on going there and one day he will get it right lol
Not much I can say. All BoSa Donuts are always great. Every time I visit, service is fast, donuts taste amazing, the place is very clean and organized. Day and Night!
I've gotten their turkey bagel sandwiches. First time was good. This second time the tomatoes was cut too thick the onion was cut thick and the bagel was too hard to chew and a one of my sandwiches had mold on it. The boba is good and donuts are consistently good.
Atmosphere: Decent space for sitting. There is outdoor and indoor seating. The bathroom is sealed off for now though.Cost: average for a Bosa Donut shop. Drinks are cheap when compared to actual boba shops.What I got: a rose tea of some sort (included toppings) and a Thai tea.Taste: Thai tea was delicious. This place is a hit and miss kind of place but it is usually pretty good for Thai Tea. The Rose tea was a gamble and it turned out pretty good. Also cheap prices for these two drinks so I was happy.Would I come back: Of Course! This is usually my go-to for midnight snacks. The have pretty good donut holes when you’re lucky. They recently changed management or remodeled so I was hesitant on the quality but it is still great! Speak loud for the worker if you’re wearing a mask because it’s hard for them to hear and you don’t want your order to be wrong.
Rarely ever been to Phoenix, and needed a place to kill time very late at night, and there are few things quite as unsettling as being stuck late at night in an unfamiliar city. So we went here just because it was open until midnight. Loved it as soon as we entered: good vibes, good donuts, friendly service, made a kind of nervous situation much more comfortable. Love the variety on the menu. Would stop by here again on the rare occasions I'm in the city.
My boyfriend and I have been here 3 times and this place DOES NOT disappoint! Great donuts, great milk and fruit teas for a great price.?
Highly recommend! The management and employees here are very friendly. Atmosphere has a mom & pop feel to it. One of the owners recognized me, realized one of my go-to donuts was out, and replaced the empty tray with a fresh full tray before I could even order. It was awesome. The donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and drinks all taste like they’re made with love. Good vibes all around.
I love this place clean and the boba drink is so good
Don't go here for a sandwich. I had one instruction for my sandwich which was no mayo. I get home and the thing is literally dripping with it. ?.The donuts are fine, they're nothing special. Just regular donuts.
Every time I to I never get fresh donuts and the customer service is awful
