I went to this location today to get my Friday coffee and when I got to work in north Phoenix, my coffee was half full, scalding hot, and tasted super burnt :( I wanted a vanilla latte but there was no flavor and was mostly foam… never had an issue before but was having a bad morning already. Would recommend this place just hold them accountable for a 5$ coffee that I can’t drink :(

This location is a disgrace to the coffee brand. I’ve decided I will no longer use this location because if I continue, I’ll never go back to Black rock. They make my drink wrong 95% of the time and I even tipped them a dollar to get some thing that I did not order. There’s nothing worse to be short on time in the morning to go sit in a long line at the drive-through just to get your order and it not be what you asked for. This is a continuing problem for this location where is management? Is there a manager that actually does their job there? I don’t believe so I really don’t

both drinks were so good, so yummy. the stools at the front of the cafe are a bit uncomfortable but our drinks were made so quick, we barely had to sit on them and staff was kind

Love my Americano! Black Rock is my new addiction! They great tasting coffee at affordable ptoces. The staff is super friendly even at 7am! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that I would love it if more savory foods were added to the menu.

This place is an assault on the senses - music is too loud & noisy, the lighting is brighter than a supermarket, and the service makes you feel like they'd rather you didn't come back cuz it's such a hassle. In case you were thinking of working there, your internet connection will reset every 15 minutes, and it wants you to log in with Facebook for some reason? Also, no outlets outside, like not even one for 10 tables or so.Coffee was ok.

Definitely a great Starbucks alternative. It has a similar Starbucks look inside, and a drive through, but not too busy. I don’t think it’s in a good spot for business, because it’s kinda hidden and out of the way, but they have great coffee with plenty of flavor options and friendly, fast service. They even have energy drinks with many great flavor options. Definitely go here. Support local

It was a challenge to find a local coffee shop that had indoor seating during our trip. Here was clean and quick. Quality of coffee was average and there is not much of a food menu options, but it was clean and comfortable.

Pretty decent. I didn't order any drinks at the time, but their eggnog latte looked very tasty...Anyways, I liked the vibe and the fact that they have an open outdoor space was pretty cool. They only had one space with an outlet though, and the chairs aren't exactly comfortable. They don't have anything to eat either, but that's fine with me. I can't say much about their drinks, but I'd recommend this place as a study spot only if you plan to stay for a short time and if you can get a spot that's not on the red chairs.

The wait was ridiculous. A coffee bar is usually super quick and efficient. I’m glad they give kids an opportunity to work but jeez can they get some training as well. All the girls flipping their long hair over the coffees and food while being prepared. Super grossed out. First and last time visit!

When I go out for coffee, Black Rock is the only place I go anymore. The competitors don't stand a chance and I've left them in the dust. ;DBoth BR's I use have the best employees and coffee menu.Suggestion: their Iced Jackhammer is a must try!
