First time at this diner. Our waitress was super sweet, and nice when she could make it to our area. Unfortunately we felt like they gave her too many tables, so barely showed up so we had to wait for our items quite a long time. People who arrived after us had thier food before us. Can vary depending on dish ordered obv. We waited aheupe when we recieved our food, so it sat even longer. We received our food, but unfortunately it was sitting for awhile because my eggs were cold and had a hard crispy layer on the top from sitting too long. The red potato were delightful but were also cold and mushy. I don't even like my food very hot, but my food was not even warm at this point. Luckily the chicken fried steak was warm enough to consume, and was delicious. The pancakes were very good also. The people dinning with me also had cold food, so it wasn't just my plate unfortunately. The manager was walking around and didn't even bother to ask us how we were doing which was strange to me. They also forgot to make my brothers French toast, so we had to request it after he was done eating because they rarely came around to ask how we were doing for a while after. It was definitely not a great experience here, but what we did eat was delicious for sure. Will not come back to this location unfortunately.
The service here was really good. I liked the interaction from the server. She did a really good job accommodating everyone. The reason for the average rating though, is the food. Although it wasn't bad, it wasn't really memorable. I wasn't wowed. It wouldn't be my first choice to eat again, but not my last either.
I love the hashbrowns and the orange juice is the best. Great place to eat for breakfast! Nice portions of food for the price. Our waitress did a wonderful job.
Alexandria is the best server! Food is fresh, served hot, and DELICIOUS! We are from Minnesota and this is our favorite place to get a meal in AZ. You know it's going to be good every single time. Highly recommend!
Fast service, nice waitress, the hot turkey sandwich could have been a little hotter, came out a little cold, but was still very good, The cheddar bacon cheeseburger was good, fresh toppings the frys were also good.
Great customer service by the manager in charge. We had some really good, fresh salads we were a group of eight people and everyone enjoyed their food. Keep up the good work!??
I always have a good experience and food whenever I come for breakfast. Recommend the pancakes if you had to pick one side to add. Staff is always helpful and always providing service above what I would expect.
So I just enjoyed an Amazing pot roast dinner. Slow cooked roast so good and sides were spot on. Had a fantastic Thanksgiving meal here too. And MAJOR CUSTOMER SERVICE GOLD STAR. My waitress Rachel was awesome and Peter the manager honored free birthday meal without hesitation. And I didn't even have the email available. Just great meal great place. Very clean too. Recommend.
To be honest the one on Scottsdale way better the razon is because the French toast on this location looks more likely like a regular toasted bread that's my reason I only give 3 stars other than that every was good that is just on my personal experience I had in this place.
First time at this restaurant and the food was amazing! The service was fast, food portions were huge! Great price for the amount of food you get. Plenty for leftovers!I ordered Joe’s Hobo Omelette with a side of pancakes and hash browns. Super delicious! I would come back here again for breakfast. Friendly fast service. 5 stars and two thumbs up! ?? ??
