The coffee is good, hard to order when you have to down load the menu on your phone.Not offended by the dress attire as it is called bikini beans. So I expected to see the girls in bikinis or in this case thong bikinis. I was not expecting to see the fur monster peeking out of said thong bikini. Come on ladies clean up your act!
Chantal gave me the best service! She offered me a water while I hung out on their patio with my friend. Very good service! Customer service like this makes me want to come back again! *cheers*
One of the baristas, Chantal, went above and beyond on a hot afternoon by offering me and my roommate free water. Bikini Beans provides excellent customer service and it is always a positive vibe whenever I come to support them with positive customer appreciation gestures.
I would leave negative stars if I could. I ordered a 20oz mocha nonfat no whip this morning at Mesa. Got charged $10. When I questioned the batista pictured below, she stated inflation. Even though, the posted menu showed $6.25. Maybe she needed money to pay for her long, curly, black ponytail clip on. They used to enjoy when I would stop by with my husky dog. My dog liked talking to the girls and they posted his picture many times. I am a veteran of the Vietnam War, a widow and always left a tip. I didn't deserve this rude treatment. Guess they no longer want my business.
Mamager was upset i was in shade of tree out front of store, thought i was perving on girls. She got hostile and called police! I was just trying to waste time until i can check in to my hotel down the street. I just wanted place in the shade on 100° + day
Coffee was really good and the service was super friendly. I tried something new and the barista went above and beyond to make sure I loved my drink. Can't wait to come back!
Cycled from East Mesa to 7th St on the Rio Salado path. Stopped at this location for a quick fix for coffee early AM as they were the only place open along the Rio Salado bike path. The coffee tasted like coffee and the customer service was exceptional.
Drink were wrong size. They gave us new ones. Plus the old one very cool right. Yet none of the drink were made right an a soapie taste. Yet the staff were friendly. Just one did not know. One in the white bikini need lessons.
