This is the only Barro's I like going to. For the staff to be mostly high schoolers, their service and good attitudes at work are more the exception than the norm nowadays.

Food is always tasty and fresh. Staff can be a hit or miss depending on when you come in, but never had a bad experience. Love the lunch deals they offer.

This Barros i have actually been to a couple of times when I’m in the area but it’s always clean and good here. The customer service is good, love one of the cashiers she is so nice and you could tell she enjoys her job. Pizza is definitely always good and the wings as well. Will be returning soon no doubt about it.
Went in for the lunch special. They only had 2 options so I ordered my second choice. Right after they boxed it a bunch of Peperoni slices came out. I asked to switch one of my slices with the pizza I actually wanted. The lady said "we can't take the slices back" (I hadn't even touched the box yet, they just didn't want to.) Pretty bad customer service. Could have either told me the wait was literally one minute or offered to exchange the pizza.

The front counter staff is always rude and they stop making pizzas hours before the lunch special ends. Only reason they get 2 stars is because the pizza is still decent granted you won't get the pizza type you want.
The dough, the extra mozzarella and fast service are consistently great!I generally prefer to order online, pay online, and walk-in to pick up our pie.Easy, fast and tastes great!
