Nik and his staff catered our large wedding (160 guests) last weekend as well as our rehearsal dinner. We had steak, potatoes, and greens. On our wedding day, we had brisket, bbq chicken, corn succotash, and greens. We also hired bar staff through them to serve drinks.Our guests raved about how good the food was. Nik and his staff were professional, accommodating, and very kind. They went above and beyond to make sure us and our guests were taken care of.We highly recommend this company for your rehearsal dinner and wedding.

Every step from my first inquiry through clean up at the event was handled professionally. I really felt like Nik and his staff cared about our special event as much as we did. The food was beautifully displayed and was as delicious as it looked - and there was an abundance - I'm still eating artichoke dip :)

To say the food was outstanding is an understatement. He is friendly, professional, and very personable. He is passionate about the food and you can taste it. Nic and his team did an absolutely beautiful catering event for our wedding. They had limited space in our home and they worked around the space nicely. The staff was incredibly gracious and kind and nearly all of my guests commented on such. The food was spectacular!
