Hands down the best wings!!!! Also the kids and I absolutely love their look-aid! Staff is always so helpful! I have 13 kids and they all love it!
This place is so good. We’ve been eating here since the day they opened. Why even eat wings anywhere else?
This ATL has really good service & always the best wings. The wings are crispy every time & they are actually a really decent size, and all pieces are big every time too! Today my boyfriend & I went, at 1PM on July 2nd 2022, and the lady with the pretty nail art is always so warm and welcome. & one of the chefs even made sure my boyfriends order was right even after he finished it. Thanks for all the good work & service everyone!!
Their wings are the bomb but last time I ordered 18 traditional wings and didn't get not even one ranch. When I called to complain about it they basically made it seem like it was no big deal, or like I was lying. Talked to the owner he initially agreed to give me a free 12-piece wings for the inconvenience he then changed his mind and his story. I have emailed him twice and he has not answered me back.
The hottest day of the year required me to get the hottest wings around. So, on Saturday with a whopping 114° degree temperature I braved the elements and headed over to ATL wings on Warner and Kyrene. Placed my order for 6 citrus chipotle and 6 garlic pepper wings. ALL bone-in (don't play with me), large ATL fries. Bet. Went home and ready to kill 'em. Only to find the order was sooo wrong. $25 for 12 wings and fries...dang. Tried to call the store but guess what- the business does NOT accept phone calls. Really? YEs, no calls. Not to worry, though. I left my complaint and contact info on website. Yes, someone will call back, right? Well... don't hold your breath. Instead... head over there. I did! On Tuesday evening I went in and explained what happened to Anthony. He did not blink twice. He politely corrected the order and on top of that, there was absolutely no drama at all. What a pleasant experience. I was so pleased, I ordered another large ATL wings to go with the correction.Considering the extreme heat and temperatures rising, cool down and head over to check out Anthony and his friendly co-workers. These young people know old business: take care of your customers and they'll take care of you.Y'all take care now. Ya heard me.Karen but not a Karen
Darell loves his job and it shows by the way he treat us as customers. Amazing service and great food! Definitely recommend this place for good kool-aid and chicken!!
Service was great and the place was very clean. The dining area was even mopped while we were there. The place wasn't super busy at this time, so it might get a little more messed up when it is, but they seemed to run a pretty tight ship when it comes to cleanliness. Which is excellent!This was my first time at an ATL, and I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting a lot, since it seemed to be more of a carry out type place. We dined in. I got an order of the boneless wings, garlic parmesean, with fries. Both were awesome. The fries are the thinner ones that, in my opinion, are just the best. Just enough sea salt on them, they just melted in my mouth. The wings did as well. Thanks for a great eating experience!
They don't seem to care about customer service any longer. The location at Warner and priest. They took away the $10 off for every $100 you spend. I understand times have changed. I wouldn't mind if they upped the amount you have to spend. They took it away completely. The last few times I've been there. I've asked for the wings to be extra sauce. Couldn't get it right after 2 visits. Service has dropped drastically. Oh, not to mention their price increase. $10.00 for a 6 piece tradional wing. No thanks.
