The food was really good. The service was horrible. The first thing I noticed was everyone meaning the staff had mean mugs. I thought to myself that the crowd normally must be bad. We were there on Sunday and while ASU was on summer break.Anyway, I went up to the take out register to order food and I stood there, stood there, and stood there. I've made eye contact with the cook and with the bartender thinking they'll at least say something but only received mean mugs.A female bartender took my order and didn't bother to use their $10 entry fee ticket system.$10 for entry is a total joke.Oh yeah that female bartender looked like she hated life.Anyway, people go out to have fun. All your mean mugging gives it a weird vibe.Like I said pizza was good though.
Was in town for the weekend and found this place on Google. Gave it a try around midnight for takeout. Got back to the hotel and order was wrong. They also forgot the sauces I added and paid for. Mozzarella sticks were good. The SPENCER salad was awesome! They knocked it outta the park....everything on the salad was great. Pizza was just okay for me. Family did not like it. It didn't look like other review photos. Flat, not cheesy, almost no sauce. The pepperoni was awesome though so my family just picked them off and ate all of them. My guess is that it was busy and they rushed this order and that's why it was wrong, forgot the sauces, and why the pizza was below average. The karaoke was good and reminded me of some dive bars I've been in around the Midwest. I would give the Spencer salad a 5 star and everything else a BLAH. Maybe I will try it again on a slower night. ?
If I had the ability to leave negative stars I would. This was the absolute worst experience I had ever had. I was barely greeted. I originally wanted to try the pizza but I was told by the bartender on staff that the wings were the BEST in AZ. So I ordered 6 Garlic Parmesan wings, fries and a Jack and coke. My drink was OK and the fries were good but the wings were absolutely disgusting. They were beige And had a sour smell to them. After he gave me my food he went outside to continue talking to two ladies. He never once came inside and ask me how was my food Or if I would like another drink. After over 20 minutes he finally walked back in and I asked him to close me out. I told him that the wings were not good and if I didn’t say anything he was going to charge me for the wings that were never eaten. The customer service was horrible because he went to the kitchen and told the cook that he got his first bad review on his wings while I was still there and they were laughing and joking about it. I will never go there again.
I have similar standards to a ninja turtle, and the pizza here passes. The crust and everything about it is delicious. Folds perfectly. So good, that my NYC native co-worker approved. I'll have to come back later on sometime and check out the karaoke they got going on.... Oh and for more pizza, duh!
This is such a fun place for karaoke and great food & drinks—on weekdays only.On weekends it is packed like sardines with no intention of slowing down the occupancy. I got one step into the building before I was elbowed in the jaw, so promptly left. I'll never come back on the weekend. If COVID was present, everybody got it.
I am amazed that this place doesn’t have a five star rating as.. it’s not like you know it’s a gourmet food joint but the pizza is actually phenomenal but not only can you order pizza while listening to amazing karaoke and get the most amazing entertainment at like literally no cost; but at most you might pay a $10 cover charge to put towards your your drink orders just to make sure that when people occupy tables they are actually able to stay in business. This place has the BEST energy and is so much fun and brings out the best weirdness of humanity and just people have a good time and let loose which is what we all need more of in these difficult times. I say if there was a seven star rating I’d give this place a seven star rating. I love you guys! Thank you for putting this business together it makes me ? ?
Had the Supreme large pizza and it was one of the best I have ever had. Service was excellent. Right on Mill ave in Tempe close to ASU
The service is great. Very friendly and attentive. Pizza is a good 8.5. The wings are 6.5 (out of 10).
First time having 414. Grabbed it to go, and enjoyed every bit of it. Staff that I interacted with what great. Sauce had a nice little kick to it, which I enjoyed.
It was pretty loud, which I know is typical of bars and clubs, but it was like, borderline painful sometimes. It was so loud the waitress didn't even hear us say we wanted a pizza and so we sat around, drinking, each of us individually thinking about simpler times when we were able to use our ears to be able to hear what other people were saying. Eventually once we realized the pizza wasn't coming we ordered it to go and then dipped after we got it. Aside from it being loud as hell the pizza was pretty great and the drinks were fine. Reasonably priced. If you can get over how loud it is I would recommend it. Seems like a fun karaoke place.
