Will be contacting corporate over their food handling. Been back and forth in the bathroom with my child because of the baconator fries. This is horrible. I'm not expecting anyone to be wild about working in fast food, but the least y'all can do is take the proper precautions to keep people from getting sick.
This Wendy's drive-thru is the slowest in town. At 9 at night I waited in the Drive-Thru line for 25 minutes. And they didn't get my order right. One poor guy waited at the window to give his order for two Lemonade's for 10 minutes. Heaven forbid their out of something because then you just have to stay in the line until you can get out. Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else.
Always a good time at the KEG . Great food cool atmosphere. Always on my list for a dinner night out.
Come to this location after getting off work early morning since it's close to my home. It shows they are open at 6:30am but it's 6:40 and no one seems to wants to answer the intercom or come to the window. I normally ain't the one to complain but this location service is sub-par. And most of the time in the evening the food doesn't always be fresh and hot. Your better off driving to another location if you want freshness.
If I can give zero I would. We ordered a meal for $10 and then the fries were ice cold. We asked for new ones and all of a sudden the fryer was down. They were seriously rude about it and we had to go through 3 teenage girls before actually getting to a Manger who also looked and acted like a teenager. We asked for a refund and she said she could but we would have to give all out food back. I've seen bad customer service but they were seriously bad. They were literally yelling at us not to raise our voice when they were raising theirs first. Honestly we had a reason to. When I got home my sons nuggets were cold too and we live right down the street. We went here at night time around 10pm on 3/12 so whoever was the manager needs to be fired. I will be calling corporate and I will be recording next time I go through that drive through.
Best Wendy's location around hands down for years now. Last night we got our food, and had an excellent experience. The guy who was working showed phenomenal customer service. He was very friendly, fast, and appreciated. No messed up order here. No forgotten items either.Our food was the best I had had at Wendy's, or most fast-food places (especially around here). It tasted so good we were shocked. The cooks made it fresh and cooked it perfectly. It hadn't been sitting there or overcooked like most places. This location is our favorite.I love to grab this when we had a long day, and it's late. This place definitely beats the rest on how quick, tasty, and budget friendly it is. Definitely reccomend. Other places don't compare to the $5 bag. It can feed a family cheaper, without compromising quality or flavor. Quality service and food are rare these days.☆ ♡10/10♡ ☆
Stopped in today ordered 3 burger combos and 1 nugget combo. The staff took the order successfully, however when we got to the window there were several staff just talking and goofing off. They kept asking us how many items we ordered and of which items. Ultimately ended up being charged 44.00 and got home without half of our order and no receipt.There is a desperate need for training at this location, to be more inline with the Wendy’s brand and reputation.
Love Wendy's. The best quality the best taste and always consistent. I always get no cheese and other places it's a 50/50 as to if there will be cheese. Wendy's it's almost never that they mess up and put it on. I really appreciate that part of the attention.
Ordered 2 meals and both were jacked up... no fries, seltzer water coke and this kind of stuff happens every time we go, something is forgotten, something is the wrong item or the food looks like it was from 3 days ago. Its not our job to double check an order while sitting in the drive though, but i guess IF we ever go back we will have too!
Wow thanks Wendy’s ! This burger looks horrible and you don’t even fill the fries up . I get it’s fast food but where is the quality anymore… it’s sad how no one cares about their jobs and just gives out food like this ..
