This place used to be a bank like 20 years ago. Walk inside you'd never know.Staff was friendly. Food was on par with other Wendy's restaurants. The dining area where I ate was impeccably clean.Both ketchup dispensers were at 1%. They had packets on standby though. Keep up the great work.
Food was good ordered 3 number 1s, each came in there own separate bag with straw and napkins. Thought was really nice because 2 meals went one way and 1 left with me,no worries of breaking down the bag to distribute.
Food was good. Special request (no ketchup add mayo) was right. Person on speaker was kind and friendly. However, person at the window, accepting payments, was rude. No smile, no thank you, nothing. Swiped my card and gave it back. I had to ask for the receipt.
Had a few mix ups last night during dinner rush. But it is understandable being short staffed and busy. Alex the manager took care of the situation immediately no hesitation which I greatly appreciate. food was amazing. Thanks again man.
If I could rate this location -1 star, I'd do it 10 times. Every time I go here, I hate it. You'd think by now I'd learn my lesson and just go to Burger King or the dumpster. I go to Wendy's for a Frosty and every time I go to this location, EVERY TIME, they serve something that I can only describe as a Frosty flavored "milk"shake. It's an insult to even hand me a spoon, tf am I supposed to do with it! In addition to the poor excuse for a Frosty, the customer service resembles the frozen treats quality... pathetic. Wendy's HQ should do a quality control walk through of this place and get it put back together. Dave is rolling over in his grave.
Slow service, cashier didn't acknowledge me very quickly... Although this could be attributed to being new at the job and bad timing due to shift change. Normally this Wendy's location has good service. They do, more than occasionally, mess up orders. They've also been known to run out of key items such as Frosties(they ran out of the new strawberry flavored frosty), and other things like cookies, etc. Myself being an UberEats delivery person makes it a bit more inconvenient when there's a menu item unavailable, since having to call a customer and explain why they won't be getting what they ordered is not exactly ideal.
Didn’t feel comfortable at this restaurant. Woman came off condescending and there were a lot of stares. Never going back! Pretty sure we aren’t in the 1950’s.
It was the best especially when for some reason my card wouldn't work and it was a big issue but they handled it perfectly and with discrete and were professional about it.
When you have teenagers who don’t care nor take pride in their job, this is the kind of food you get. Fries were double dipped as well. Management might want to hire people who actually care about the quality of the food that is served there.
Very busy establishment but No long wait times which is always nice. I didn't get a chance to eat here but they did allow me to feed my newborn son and use restroom which is nice.Would recommend this place if I wanted to meet up for a quick lunch, they have lots of room as well.
