Worst Wendy's I've eaten from. I didn't get half of my order, and the second I bit into my chicken sandwhich my jaw popped because the chicken was rock hard. The delivery driver from Wendy's warned me that the workers seemed frustrated and if there is stuff missing that she is sorry. She was right stuff was missing and the food was absolutely disgusting. On top of having disgusting food my jaw is now throbbing, so thanks for your "quality" food, Wendy's?
I ordered from Uber eats a chili and cheese baked potato and the new chicken sandwich. They gave me a chicken sandwich that seems like it's been sitting for hours and French fries with cheese in substitute of my chili cheese baked potato. I called the store to tell them they sent the wrong items and my sandwich was old, I was told that the manager informed them if anything is wrong take it up with Uber eats. I asked did Uber eats make my order wrong she replied no. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was the manager so now I would like to know what manager told her to tell a customer to take it up with Uber eats although she claims to be a manager. She said her name was Samantha this call happened on 6/6/22 @ approximately 5:16 pm. Teach your employees some customer service this is terrible service.
Ordered the new chicken BLT & had zero bacon or mayo on it. We also dined inside and it was sweltering HOT ? inside.. almost like they turned off the air conditioning ? so it would be so uncomfortable that nobody would want to eat in the lobby. The manager shut the sun screens where they stand at the front counter but had all the other sun screens rolled up with the AZ sun ? poured in 100° heat onto the tables and chairs for the majority of the lobby... come on now, it's obvious ? the motive here.
Oh my gosh their fries are perfect! Perfectly salted, super fresh and fried to perfection. My kids said they were the best fries they've had since In-out.
After being stuck waiting for my semi to be loaded at Ball container for 9 hours, I parked the truck on the road and tried to get some food at Jack. Lobby closed. Employee refused to offer any service at all. So I dodged traffic in the dark to get back to the truck and decided to call Wendys. Nice girl answered and said that their lobby was also closed but she'd happily take my order at the door. She was so pleasant and happy to feed me. It turned an awful day into something less awful. Thank You unidentified Wendys manager. You are da MVP. ?
This is certainly one of the better fast food places around Surprise. Since moving here, for a quick bite, and usually hot food, you can't beat it! Nice staff as well, usually they are very friendly and great ordering from. If you are hungry, stop through the drive through and ask for your meal to be fresh and hot! You won't be disappointed!

What can I say, employees were efficient, food was consistant for Wendy's. Made my order, filled my drink, turned around and my food was ready. This location had the new drink dispenser, I love choices!

Order the new Big BACON Cheddar and was VERY disappointed.
