Way over priced. Thankful for the coupons… it’s the only way we can go. The smoothies are delicious but not at $8 a pop!The sandwiches though also yummy , kinda small for price.Customer service - only ONE GAL AND ONE GUY THERE THAT ARE SO FRIENDLY AND KIND AT THE WINDOW . I do not remember names , darn it. But , THEY ARE OBVIOUS AND BETTER THAN THE REST.
If I could have left a zero star l would. The business states that they are open until 10:00 pm. It is 8:50 as I sit here and the doors are closed. Instead of telling customers to go to the drive thru they are arguing with customers. I cannot patronize a company whose employees are comfortable disrespecting the patrons. I was privy to the entire interaction thus can unequivocally state the customer neither said nor did anything to warrant the disrespect.
Food and smoothies are good. Customer service was non-existent. My wife placed an online order at 9:34 am on 6/5. It was delivered and dropped off at our door at 10:30 without anyone knocking. We were missing one smoothie. I called the store, was told that it was sitting on the counter, and that I would have to come pick it up. When I arrived it was not my drink and I was told they were out of Starfruit so the smoothie we ordered was never made. I ordered a different smoothie and waited over 15 minutes for it, while two other customers came in after me and left with their orders and drive thru customers were served. I asked how much longer my order would take and was told "We're really busy" by the person who seemed to be the manager. When I explained the totality of the circumstances to him he replied "I know" and walked away. A few minutes later he put a cup down on the counter, walked away, and said "There's your drink."
This is the worst Tropical Smoothie location I’ve ever been to. The restaurant is always dirty and sticky. My food is always incorrect, and the staff are far from friendly. Do not go here.
This was the “awesome chocolate” very watery didn’t have a smoothie consistency to it at all. And chunks of banana in it, seems like they rushed it and did not let it fully blend before giving to customer.. also very flimsy lid that kept coming off.
I work the same kind of job and somehow it seems like every time we come here something is messed up in our order... it shouldn't be so difficult, because it's not. we ordered 4 of the same smoothies with 2 scoops of protein in each one, which they charged us for and they only put protein in 2 of the smoothies. keep in mind, they repeated our order back correctly twice but cant seem to make them correctly because they're all too busy playing around in the back of the kitchen. go to a different location if you want smoothies. the people who work here don't care about what you want, ask, or pay for.
I would recommend coming here if you're only getting a smoothie. The food isn't good but their smoothies are DELICIOUS. The best smoothies I've ever had!
This place is super yummy. I love the Buffalo chicken wrap - great quality chicken and really yummy smoothies. I also think you get a much better value for smoothies compared to Jamba Juice. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try.
I love that they have a drive thru, no it’s not super fast because they aren’t pre-made but I love this place!!! The staff is always great and their quality has stayed consistent for the past 3 years.
Just went to Tropical Smoothie and my breakfast wrap had no eggs. When I called she said they haven't had eggs for 2 months...really? First they could have mentioned that when I ordered. Second there's a Safeway across the street...go buy them if your supply chain is broken. We also got a hummus wrap...no hummus and no avocado and it had ranch which I requested it not to have. First and last time we go there.
