Ordered our food through the drive through and we were missing half of our order. Went to the door to ask for our missing food and they told us we needed to wait in the drive thru to get the rest of our food. You’re getting paid $15+ per hour to get people food they order and you can’t even do that right! Then you have the audacity to tell me to wait in the drive thru to get food that you missed in the first place! Get better employees!

They never get my food right, it’s always simple, like three supreme soft tacos. No matter what time of day. Not to mention the huge amount of times I’ve come to this location and they are closed way before they should be. And I mean HOURS before. Or the amount of times it’s 9 o clock at night yet I’m waiting 10 minutes at the order box after waiting in a huge line. And the only reason I even go to this one is because the other location is just as far but closes earlier. With how much they cost now, it’s so not worth it. $30 for food I didn’t order? No thanks

We didn’t receive 4 items out of our order, out of the items we received the requests that were on the receipt were ignored ie no sour cream and two items burnt. When we called about our order the team hung up on the call twice, understanding a mistake we called back and was told by a gentleman who identified himself as the manager expressed no interest to assist in refund or replacement of the items.

This is absolutely the worst location of Taco Bell I have ever been to. After waiting more than 45 minutes for our food to come out I finally got frustrated enough to go up to the counter to ask them what was going on with my order. At that point we found out that half of my order had been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes with the other half had not ever being prepared, and I was told that my order had been lost, by the manager who was standing in the back of the kitchen yelling this at me, and that they would remake my order. I waited another 15 minutes while drive-through orders are being called out and sent through at a rapid pace, before my food finally came out. While standing at the counter for that 15 minutes waiting for my order to come out another patron and I noticed a employee in the back frying chips, and eating them with the same gloves that she was preparing peoples meals with. They also started turning away patrons who came into the restaurant. The manager never came up to the front to apologize to any of the customers who had been waiting. She continued to work from her back kitchen yelling at people up in the front of the restaurant waiting for their food. The employee who was taking the orders at the front register was getting chastised by the same manager saying that it would be a write up if he was taking large bills again due to a counterfeit he had taken, in front of all of the customers so that we could hear. I have never in my life had such poor food service experience and lack of management involvement.

I ordered food online (paid for it) and went to go pick it up and the manager locked the lobby door at 8pm, as I walked up, which is supposed to be open until 10. I tried to tell her I had ordered food online and she was extremely rude! She just kept saying get in the line. The drive thru line was super long and I ended having to wait 45 minutes to get the food. To top it off, while waiting in the drive thru, other people got in the building and were allowed to order food! I would give a zero if it was an option! Horrible management and completely unprofessional on so many levels!!

Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins. Ordered 2 been burritos no onion no red sauce, got one burrito. Asked for a steak chalupa no lettuce no tomato- got everything that I asked to be removed and nothing that I asked to stay on it. Asked for the new nacho steak fries with no tomato. As you can see there are tomato’s and zero nacho cheese. Called and let them know the issues got the typical “come back in and we can remake it for you.” Also, “we are scrambling to close 4 hours earlier than normal” As an excuse. Frustrating when you are on your way home from work, haven’t eaten and they screw it up.

I’ve noticed a serious improvement of this location. Every time I go my order is correct and given to me quickly. Just this weekend I had just gotten out of the hospital, and I stopped here. The food I got was amazing, something about the quesadillas I got was just really good. I really, really appreciated that meal considering what I’d just gone through.

Not so hot today. The tacos were made so sloppy and they were wrapped very hastily so that the stuff in the taco fell out in the bag. We are in the lobby but everything was out in a bag. They were not busy but it was hard to find a clean table. The employees were goofing around in the kitchen. This place is usually a lot better than this.

Bit of a line on drive thru. Wait was bare minimum. Order taker was very polite and cheerful. Cashier was friendly and upbeat. Order was correct. Food was hot.

I walked in because I wasn"t sure what I wanted. After making my decision, I approached the counter. The person greeted me and asked if I were ready. He took my order. He was very pleasant. In just a few minues, another called my name and handedme my order. He also was very pleasant.
