My family and I went to dine in. The food was okay but the business could use servicing. This location was dirty. None of the tables had been wiped off. We had to get someone to clean our table. We looked down at the floor and it looked like it had not been cleaned in days. Food was on the floor, it had not been mopped from wasted beverage. None of the employees were cleaning anything . The soda machine had mixed beverage coming out. With the health crises we have going on you would think it would be important for establishments to take into account others and themselves health and safety.
Stopped by today the 28th around 12, there were 5 cars in front of us and we were next in line to place our order. The line was not moving at all. Then an older gentleman that looked confused exited his vehicle and asked the driver in ahead of us and ourselves if we could back out so he could leave as the person taking the orders accused him of honking his horn and refused him service "we did not hear him honk at all". We backed out "no one behind us luckily" and let him out. We pulled back in and by that time we were at the order kiosk, nothing, nothing, 5 minutes go by and nothing, so I backed up, pulled up and someone just said "I'll be with you when I have time". Another 5 minutes pass by and nothing "15min in line by now", so we backed out and left "still amazing no one had pulled in behind us "bad sign too"".Will never go back to this T/B, they obviously had problems today and treating that old gentleman like they did is inexcusable.They need to clean house "fire everyone" and start all over with a new crew.
It was horrid. We waited for 30 minutes in line and when asked why they took so long we were given attitude by the manager. We waited that long and paid to get two quesadillas that were absolute garbage. They weren't fully cut, they were more sauce than tortilla, they weren't fully cooked, and somehow they got one of the quesadillas only a quarter way folded.
Taco bell is taco bell as the old sayingIt's what it is.. needs sum new steak menusPizza coming back may 19th I'm told. Oother.than that it's TACO BELL with limited menu. Which I don't eat there unless my wife wants to
It used to be great. Now you wait in the drive through for 20 plus minutes waiting for food. The manager is rude no communication at all.
I been at this taco bell for more then 30 minutes there's other people here that have been waiting longer then I have but the drive thru is getting thru fast.If you like to wait and waste your lunch waiting for your food to get done come here.If not use the drive thru or go to another near fast food place horrible
The cashier and manager need to learn how to treat customers all I asked was for a freshly fried chalupa she'll and they just couldn't duit yet we had to argue about this then I asked the cashier didn't I asked for a freshly fried shell she just ignored me and the manager shook his head like I did something wrong so ask for a refund and left after arguing with this manager on duty . unacceptable taco bell standard I hope the owner sees this review and speak to them so it doesn't happen to someone else I'll never go there again. All I wanted was a freshly fried shell damm was that so hard to do
Fast service and the food was good.We ordered a few of the combo boxes and they are a great deal. I just wish they had a couple more options for different combos though.
Had to leave a post there chalupa is on point it hit the spot service was excellent best experience from a tacobell so far will definitely recommend this location to hungry people.. loved it keep up the good work who ever was working at 8pm all those employees GOOD JOB
Can't ever go wrong with Taco Bell. Especially when I don't feel like cooking. Fast and reasonable prices.
