We got the house special fried rice and the rare steak and flank pho. It is the best Vietnamese restaurant we have ever tried, and somehow the least expensive.The service was incredible, they were very nice and the food came out quickly and hot.The restaurant was clean and a nice cozy atmosphere. Absolutely amazing and we will be back.
Terrible customer service. Fried rice was nasty. Order for 4 meals and when I asked for soy sauce was given one packet for 4 orders of fried rice when I asked for another she replied "no it's too expensive to give out"
Surprise Pho is not the place to go if you want to customize your food with decent customer service. I asked for non spicy chicken pho. I was given their pre packaged bag with jalapeños and Sriracha sauce and instead of lime, a lemon. I went back in 2x more and asked for no spicy and lime. The first time they handed me a bag of bean sprouts. The second time, bean spouts and a lemon. They said if I come in again they would charge me for the food that supposed to come with the order. I was too frustrated to go back in to make the order right. If I could give zero stars I would. Also worker/owner splashed water from previous customer cup onto sidewalk right outside entry door. Strange
Great Vietnamese food with excellent service. Price, quality and quantity are all very good.
Our favorite go to place. The waitresses are always nice and such a pleasure. The ribs are my favorite and the salad has the perfect amount of salad dressing to where I don't have to ask for extra.
Diamond in the rough, it’s never super busy. The lady is super nice. The food is good we’ve been here multiple times and I enjoy it’s fresh.
I've been here before and my experience today was I felt rushed although there was one other couple there. When they left we were the only ones there for an hour. The server was great altho a language barrier but she got our meal out. Drinks were perfect but the pho & rice,,,,,,,was bland. Sorry but the last I went, it was great. This time I have to score it 4 stars. I will go back but not anytime soon. If you notice, my chili was to hope to bring some flavor. Sorry sorry to say. The rice, no picture cuz it came out late, was bland and rice was mushy. Next time, I would like fresh rice. I will go back tho and try again to Support local business. Thank you.
Absolutely wonderful place! My girlfriend and I have made this our Sunday regular brunch spot, and every time the woman who runs the place is so nice and friendly and attentive and just works so hard. Food is always delicious and reasonably priced. Will continue to be a regular here for a long time.
Such a great place. Good atmosphere. The pizza was really wonderful! We enjoyed the dessert trio too. Cheesecake and canoli!! We're definitely coming again!
Love this place visit often. Very friendly & always remember me & ask about my cousin Ron who often goes with me. I've tried several of the pho's still need to try more, food has always been delicious ? ?
