My husband and I have come here twice now since moving to Surprise and everytime we have never been to a Subway that makes better sandwiches! But the people behind the sandwiches is who I’m here to talk about Mike is AMAZING and he truly wants to make customers happy! He’s always smiling and willing to share a laugh with you.
Yes, it is Subway. The people working here were very nice and patient. There was a large group in front of us that were unruly and the workers handled it well. The food was typical, as expected.
I was charged over 10 bucks for a 6 inch chicken bacon ranch, my mistake by not picking up on the price until after I had already left, not a real big deal but be careful when paying, money’ s tight and need to be aware.
Soggy nasty tomatoes asked for toasted didn’t get toasted. Waste of time go elsewhere. The amount of hate I feel for this location is unparalleled.
Don’t order online here. We had to wait an hour longer than it was supposed to take for them to make 2 sandwiches. Tried to cancel and they didn’t know how to do that. And the girl working said to multiple people picking up online orders that none were made, we just all have to wait till the in store customers were helped first.Then what is the point of having mobile ordering available?
I want to start by saying I worked for subway for 3 years and loved my job there but this location was atrocious. Honestly there was an employee of the month board and I wouldn't pick any single person that was working today. I got a footlong on herbs and cheese that barely had herbs or cheese. Then i got three pieces of cheese, half the meat I should've gotten and the produce looked God awful. The poor soul in front of me in line had to keep repeating himself over and over and over. The store was dirty the chip rack was empty and a mess. One of the employees touched her apron with gloves and then proceeded to make my husbands sandwich. You have to pass a food handling test to work there but I don't trust that any of the employees working could've passed the beginning when you put in your name. Will not come back to this location. What a shame.
Ordered a sandwich literally two hours before close… their oven was broken, they didn’t have mayo because they were cleaning, they didn’t have salt and pepper, and they didn’t even cut the sandwich half. Literally gave me cold raw looking bacon.
Filthiest restroom I've seen in a VERY long time!!
I had previously had bad experiences at this location but I ended up going back and it’s way better now. Staff was friendly enough and my sandwich tasted like subway.Update:I hope the kid working there today is getting paid 3x the normal subway worker since he was doing the work of 3 employees. The place was full and he was taking care of everyone on his own. I ordered online and although it took way longer to make than estimated the fact that I even got my sandwiches is impressive. Hire more employees subway.
I got there at 11:30. There were 6 people in line...3 being helped. This is the 1st time they have had more than 1 worker working... IM IMPRESSED! TOOK 20 minutes to get through line & pay. Store was clean. Employees were respectful. And they got the order of 2 sandwiches... CORRECT!
