I ordered online, when I got there they were just starting the order although I received a text stating my order was ready. Thank goodness they were just starting the order, the online order was completely wrong! Thet were extremely nice and changed things to the way it was supposed to be. The sandwiches were perfect!!! AMAZING service!!
I tried to take advantage of the free sub they were giving away for their new line of subs on July 12 between the hours of 10 and noon. Arrive around 11 and was told by a not so nice person behind the counter the free promotion was over. Would have been nice to know in the news articles reporting on this promotion there was going to be a limited number of subs to be given away at each store. I tried one of the new subs anyway. NOT IMPRESSED. I had not eaten at Subway since Jared was convicted and will not be returning ever again.
The Subway restaurant staff is very friendly and their store is always clean.My husband and I enjoyed the free sub sandwiches!!!Thank You ?
Went to this subway for 2 footling subs. Asked the lady to please give me a fresh roll for my sub. Well it was so stale and crumbled all over my plate. Very disappointed because usually when I ask for a fresh bun they usually make sure it is. I will never go back there if I see that lady working. Very disappointed. Did not enjoy my lunch today?
ordered a $70 5ft party platter of subs. picked up the subs and was sent home with no toppings, no cheese, and no compensation once we called back and spoke with the manager. all he offered was to come back for toppings. by the time we would get there and back… it was not worth it as the party has begun. now we have plain subs no more than 4ft worth. we will never use subway to cater again as there are places offering better service, better quality food and better prices. very disappointed in this experience. valerie samuelson
I went there last night at 9:55pm and they were closed! The girl would not make eye contact with me. On the door it say you all close at 10pm….. this is ridiculous
I went in couple days ago and there were two very amazing girls. I got one of their names and it was alyssa. There was also another girl with black hair. They were so calm while they had a long line. They were the most sweet amazing girls. I got a foot long steak and cheese and it was so good. The place is so clean and the girls were communicating with me. This is the best experience I’ve got from a fast food place.
Unresponsive and rude attendant. This guy had AirPods on and I had to repeat myself twice. Still he didn’t care to respond politely.
I placed an online order and when I got home to enjoy my sandwich I was severely disappointed. The sandwich was sloppy and none of the vegetable I ordered were in the sandwich. Didn't taste good, look good and I regret purchasing from this subway.
By far worst experience at a Subway. The girl at the counter actually scowled at me when I walked up. She looked like I was a huge inconvenience even though I was the only person in there. I ordered one 6 inch sandwich. I was going to get the meal, but then she gave me my total before I could even get a word out. I was trying to pull up my app, so I could get my points, but she looked so angry at me, I just put my card in and paid. I was about to ask for the receipt when she crumpled it up and threw it away!!! Wow!! Customer service is really dead! So sad ?.
