Management of the store needs to properly place the sign that says that they do not accept $100 bills. Also, it is ridiculous that they won't accept $100 bills considering it the prices of food these days. I will give the employees kudos for at least remaining calm, if not friendly and understanding about my frustration.
I Never complain, EVER. BUT the girl with lime green hair is EXTREMELY RUDE. She Did not make eye contact with me for about 5 minutes. It's her job to great customers and give them decent customer service. Don't take your bad day out on the customer. There was also a blonde woman doing the same thing. They never said "hi" or "I'll be right with you" NOTHING. The teal haired girl went to the back to use her phone
Staff not to friendly, was closing an staff upset that we were inside before they could lock door.
I always get the Italian BMT it's my favorite the good party is the food is always consistent I would like a coupon every once in awhile though

My experience was great! The staff was very friendly and the quality of food was much better than any other Subway I’ve been to. The young man behind the counter was very helpful and even managed to save me a few dollars! This is definitely going to be my new lunch spot. Amazing!

I ordered four subs. They made all four of them wrong! Either they were not toasted as ordered or they forgot a topping. When I called, there was no manager on duty. They took my information and said she would call on Monday... it has been over a week and no call. Go to a DIFFERENT location so you don't get home, with a family waiting to eat, only to find out your order was not made right and no manager to address issues.
