Fabulous and kind employees. Really inept management. Get rid of the managers and promote your employees. And pay them and treat them better.

We had previously purchased a caramel chip Frappuccino from another location so we were good and ready for something cold and delicious. We used the drive-thru and of course took a sip or two before leaving but got a mouthful of disgusting, watery, tasteless stuff. We had to drive home, leave the dogs and come back to go inside probably for a refund. A place is only as good as the staff on duty at any given time. Fortunately, they had someone who took one look at what we had and admitted they goofed. In hardly any time we had the real thing and I could feel okay spending six bucks on a drink .

Went there to get a bag of coffee had them grind it for me and also got a venti mocha Frappuccino with a Carmel drizzle. They were awesome. My coffee was ground and my drink was ready almost at the same time. The workers there are super-nice and everything came out wonderfully.

Second time went to this Starbucks Have to say they were both horrible... Practically the worst experience ever at this location....AND I'M AT STARBUCKS TWICE A DAY...First of all they didn't have the right ingredients to make myDrink but they didn't tell me that till i went back cause my drink spilled all over me and my truck because And i quote "WE HAVE A BATCH OF DETECTIVE LIDS" STARBUCKS WHATS HAPPENING TO U...WELL AT LEAST AT THIS LOCATION... U NEED TO DO BETTER FOR REAL

Went there with my bf. My bf is not a typical coffee drinker so the man at the register gave him some recommendations. Everyone at this location was VERY nice and had wonderful customer service. :) I appreciated them having such a great attitude.

This location never makes drinks right. They are tasteless, bitter, gross and staff isn’t the best. Its not that hard to make a regular Starbucks drink that every other location seems to get right. They are horrible. I will almost always drive farther to another Starbucks due to how much the drinks suck there.

Okay, I break down and go to Starbucks once in a blue moon. When I have gone about 5 times in two years and they got the drink right once that is a pretty poor accuracy rate. How hard is it to add the cane sugar, the customer asked for, to an iced green tea? This is not complicated, yet somehow it is so hard to do that this store can't get an accuracy rate above 50%. Honestly, this is why I stopped going years ago; poor accuracy, coffee started to taste like chemicals, always changing the items people like, long lines, nasty bathrooms, and the atmosphere is highly negative among staff/employees. I just don't want to give a business like Starbucks my money to build their empire of "$%*#." Thank you for reminding me of how much I hate stopping at Starbucks. I would rather go to the DMV or pay my taxes.

The older gentlemen at the cash register shook his head and said we always remake your drink. I was so insulted and hurt I almost cried. If I pay full price, shouldn't I get what I want. I'm so uncomfortable I probably won't return to this location. How disrespectful to shake his head at a customer. Shame on you Starbucks for letting him get away with this behavior. I spend 450 to$500 a month just on me. Shame on him

this place is bad every single time i go there. i get a peppermint mocha frap and it’s always tasteless and bitter. literally don’t understand how it’s been the same every single time for years

Staff always get my order right and the wait (moble order) is typically ahead of the app which is nice
