Worst customer service ever. Wife order a drink and two cake pops. Go go to pick it up, cake pops are in pick up area but no drink. As I stood at the counter hoping that one of the employee would assist me, four employees looked at me and just walked away and/or ignored me.
You always know what to expect in the quality and consistency with Starbucks drinks. If it's not how you like it, they'll remake it. At this location, the people are nice and friendly... almost like Dutch Bros. They have a drive-thru as well as sit-in. Nice location.
Someone has been messing up the hot coffees. This is the second time I order a sugar cookie latte and it doesn’t even taste anywhere close to a sugar cookie like it did before. It taste like burnt coffee with no syrup. I hope whoever is making the hot coffees in the morning fixes these mistakes soon. I didn’t want to leave a review. I tried to call instead to speak to a supervisor, but the call goes straight to voicemail.

I always get the Mocha Cookie Crumble when I order from Starbucks and it seems to come out a little better when I go to the one on Bell and Reems. There has been the same worker there whenever I went and she definitely has experience with this. I am horrible with names (I've forgotten my own a couple times) so I couldn't say exactly who she is. I am a very picky person and I haven't tried almost all of the other products there but I'm sure they're great too.
