Check your order before leaving everytime. I recommend checking if the ingredients are actually on your burger or missing. It's always something like there's a reason I asked for and paid more for a green chilli burger. As usual I got about 10 green chilli pieces on it. I even had to remove them from the wrapper and on the wrong side of the bun just to put what was there on my burger. The usual burger fail, at least they added it thw last two times it was missing completely.
They're intercom system is trash, so they profess not to here your complete order. They always get the order wrong. Even after repeating it back to you. Under-trained kids. Food is never hot, tots are never fresh. I hate this particular sonic. Not spending a dime here anymore. I don't care what the wife says. I prefer good food over convenience
I love using the app, but wish they’d read the ENTIRE order. When I ask for extra salt on my orders I almost never get it. Even when I ask the server they’ll say ”it’s in the bag” and it almost never is, & I feel bad asking them to bring out just a couple salt packets… maybe I should start making them bring me some… it’s on the receipt.
If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. This definitely proves that large chain companies will hire ANYONE that walks in. Went there for two online orders one for me and one for my wife. Got there and checked in on the app AND pushed the red button letting them know we were there to pick up both orders. First off they tell me "we only have an order for Mason not Harley" then proceed to bring out the order, which keep in mind is a single shake each, for harley; the one they said they didn't have. I then wait another 5-10 minutes and push the button. She reassures me that the other one will be right out. I waited for about 30 minutes before pushing the button YET AGAIN and this time the child on the other side had an attitude, laughing, and being sarcastic. Finally I got my shake after MULTIPLE cars came and left with MEALS. DEFINITELY unorganized and rude employees. Will for sure be trying to get my money back and not going again.
i work on fast food as well, and im always understanding. i am always nice to customer service workers but whenever i pull up to the speaker, shirley is always incredibly impatient and rude. there was a moment where we had to pause our order for a second to ask someone what they wanted and she canceled everything we had already ordered and said “then just push the button again when you’re actually ready” even though we were halfway done ordering. there have been times in the past where she would interrupt me in the middle of my order, and the most recent time we came in, all i asked was for “no ketchup, pickles, or onions” on the burger and she responded saying “then what DO you want on it?” in a very snotty tone. i hate coming here now because it literally gives me anxiety that i’ll be yelled at just for ordering. it’s embarrassing that the supposed store manager acts this way.
Whoever is working right now is extremely incompetent. Multiple times I clarified I wanted a frozen grape lemonade, he acted confused then confirmed my order but still brought out the wrong drink. Crew should know the menu before taking orders by themselves.
Always super friendly service. Pretty quick too, even when it's busy. This is a good location.
Got off work late tonight, decided to swing by for some quick dinner. After placing my order I was cut off by a pick-up truck that skipped the menu boards to get in line. After the truck got to the window the driver, and the window clerk were having social time for about 10-15 minutes while myself, and about 5 other cars were waiting for our food. Truck did not pay anything and was just laughing it up with the employee.Have social hour on your own time, not mine.
Very disappointing. Bought 3 large Oreo double stuff blasts. Had cookies on top but nothing but vanilla ice cream throughout the entire cup. Ridiculous to pay more than $6 each for vanilla ice cream. I won't go back.
