Pulled up to the stall to order a kids meal and drinks for my family. The girl who took our order was extremely rude, and kept cutting me off when I tried to speak. By the end if the order I had zero confidence in what we would receive for food/drinks. Fortunately our order was correct, but could've done without the poor attitude through the speaker. We mentioned what had occurred to the girl who brought out our food. She apologized for our experience and said she would speak to her manager. Typically the food is decent and the employees are almost always kid/helpful.
Tired of fast food not looking like the picture!? Yeah me too, then Sonic is it... i don't have fast food often, but when i do I don't want my burger to look like it was sat on and look like something I wouldn't feed my dogs! Sonics food actually looks like the picture and tastes even better! The staff is always friendly and fast. Only place I will go if fast food is in the cards.
I finally got my husband to taste Sonic again. A few years ago he ate it and ended up sick (not from Sonic, the flu however he equated it to Sonic, it was not!). He actually admitted tonight that he enjoyed it. The food is not too expensive but it is a large amount of food. I love their fries, fried just with the correct amount of salt. I always get the Foot Long Chilli Cheese Dog, it never let's me down. A good place for desserts as well. We did not get any today however in the past we have and the shakes are great! I love when the servers come out on skates (did not happen tonight). The poor little girl that was serving tonight looked very tired. She was passing the food out alone. They definitely need to have at least 2 food servers out there. She was very, very nice.Please tip the servers! They run that fold around quick. If there is issues with the food do not take it out on those young servers, they did not cook it put it together! People were very rude to the girl, she took it like a chamo however should not have to?
Came here for a school fundraiser. Food was out quickly and precise. Good experience all around. Thank you for helping our school.
Jay is the most helpful employee I have ever me he fixed a messed up preset to perfection and had the best customer service skills definitely recommend this sonic .

Con: Parking lot is tight, employee didn't say my wife's name right. Pro: Good was fresh, drinks were made exactly as ordered, employees were friendly. Will return, no major complaints.
took an hour an a half to get my order delivered because they were refusing to give it to the delivery drivers. Placed the order at 8ish, HALF of the order got delivered at about 8:49. messaged support and recorded what was missing immediately its now 10:00 and they JUST let the THIRD driver pick it up. And yes I have receipts for all of this
Quick, friendly service, and good fast food. Often have big orders here, and I've never had packaging problems.
