People working are always friendly, and the food actually looks like the damn picture!!! Its still fast food but a burger actually tastes and LOOKS like a burger!!!
Today I was reminded why I don’t come to sonic, food was cold, tasted like it was sitting in something that uses water to help food warm. EVERYTHING was horrible, the cheeseburger and the chicken tender. Never again!
Ordered over $50 worth of food and was one of three cars in the lot. Got to our house and the chicken and burgers we ordered were all really old. I only live two blocks away so it wasn't from the drive. Everything was somehow burnt and cold at the same time.
Have tried several times and the food has always been bleh. Very little toppings on burgers (like one shredded piece of lettuce) , burnt born dogs, soggy fries, etc. Very disappointing.
The service is amazing!!! Food is hit or miss it it's more HIT than miss!! I LOVE the pretzel twists...get 2!!! Heaven....
Enjoyed a Hatch green chile cheeseburger and tots? Messed up on my drink, ordered a sprite, and got just the soda fizzy part no sweet syrup. Didn't notice till it was to late. ?
Sushi was near pure liquid syrup, but generally I like sonics taste and the customer service was good ??
I get that things are weird right now, and I understand why places are so short staffed, but I would much rather wait longer periods of time in exchange for decent food for the high prices or at least what I ordered. We placed a pretty simple mobile order, two of our items were missing completely, everything was made lazily and a size down from what we ordered, and the sonic blast that was ordered had nothing in it but ice cream and syrup, only filled up 3 quarters of the cup. I’d like to at least receive what my money purchased, I could care less about the customer service piece. I know the employees are overworked and underpaid, it would just be nice to get what I ordered.
I can't believe I went out of my way to come here to get this as chili cheese fries.... love how there is no cheese and that part of it is tots. Thanks for wasting my lunch hour.
Food was good as always, the customer service was horrible. We had received a shake we did not order, said shake had leaked in the drink carrier and all over my vehicles center console while the employee had giggled after I let them know. The manager was not help to the situation.
