It's always hit or miss when we order from them. Photo from last night is a deep dish pizza....all dough, no cheese. It looks like frocacia bread! Thin crust is the BBQ special which was fine, but it did have too much BBQ sauce on it, causing it to all slip off.I keep trying to order from here because I'm from Chicago and liked the chain even when I loved there. But enough is enough, that dough I ate last night was NOT cheap.
This place has been great until last week. We had company from out of state. I ordered xl monster no green peppers. I mentioned that 3 times plus another large pizza and 3 sides but I doubled all 3. I called them back to remind them on no green peppers. We’ll pizza’s and sides was delivered and there was green peppers. I called and they said I’d have credit. I called today to get pizza and a couple sides and the lady said you have no credit. Plus she said her delivery driver went home. I’ve ordered at least once a month and now they just lost us as a customer. It’s sad how places are so dishonest.Joseph Love
Ordered 16” Chicago deep dish pizza (half pepperoni and half sausage, ricotta & garlic). Picked up order and it was fresh & hot. Drove to husband’s work downtown and pizza was still hot 30 mins later. Pizza was CHICAGO THICK! One slice is a complete meal. We have plenty of leftovers and the pizza reheats well in microwave, oven, convection toaster oven. Toppings were generous! Never had a bad pizza from this place.
Last time going to this location. It seems to be run by kids that just don't care. Been here 4 times now, no adults working. Inconsistent pizza quality, wrong toppings, profanity always coming from the ones in the back. Just unprofessional. Will be going to the Avondale location. They are always on point with their pizzas and courteous. Well worth the longer drive.
Called on a busy Friday and they got our ordered prepared in 30 minutes. This was great because every other pizza place quoted 90 minutes. Thin crust pizza was great. Wings were good. Ranch was phenomenal. Ordering again
I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I just got chicken Alfredo and it’s basically water and undercooked noodles. This is AWFUL. This is NOT chicken Alfredo.
Ordered lasagna, garlic bread and salad for over 100 people. The manager Stan was very helpful. We had many compliments on the lasagna. Highly recommend for a large party and will definitely be using them again!
I was so excited to finally be moving near a Rosati's location, but it seems I have moved next to the worst one around. I can't fault them for being short on employees, it slows things down...I get it...but when I call in, and am told (2 hours after I ordered) that the delivery guy was out, but when he got back, he would grab my pizza and deliver it...who knows how long my pizza sat there waiting to be picked up. Needless to say, the pizza was actually cold to the touch when I received it. Communication is key...if therte are delays, it happens, but for the love of god, communicate this to your customers. Oregano's is much closer, and will be my go-to spot from now on.
We ordered 2 pans of Rosati’s Lasagna, it came with 4 garlic breads, it was perfect for our party of 6 with the family salad too! So Good and had some leftovers for next day!
New to the area and looking for a good pizza place. We've been to a few that we will never go back to that got great ratings. Rosati was definitely one of the best We've found in the west valley area. We will be back.
