Used to be so good now they serve tortas with no meat and one tomato.....and then burn the torta to boot.....shame...last time we eat here.
Epic fail again by Rivas. 3rd time in a row after going for 10+ years so we are done. We don't eat meat on Fridays and got a cheese and bean burrito. The tortilla was hard as a rock and could have used as a fly swatter, not to mention I took half the tortilla off since there was hardly any beans and no cheese. My husband ordered a fish taco. We don't know what it was but was not fish and threw out. My son got a grilled chicken cheese cheese crisp. It was shredded chicken soaked in juices and made the crisp so soggy and they added green chilis which we hate so threw out. Ordered just a cheese crisp, again had soggy chicken and green chilis and threw out. Awful. Awful. And for what we pay, we are done.
Visited this place on 4/29/22 at about 6:30pm. Got food poisoning from the surf and turf burrito. I really hope this place learns to properly inspect and cook their food right before serving it to people. This was my first and last visit to this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!
1st time ordering through Uber Eats. This place is delicious & their portions are huge. I love it! Will definitely start coming here more often.
I've been wanting to try that spot for awhile. I've finally stopped in and those people were rude and the man In the back wasn't wearing any gloves and no masks while preparing the food and the lady who was taking orders seemed to be racist ?
Waited for about 45 minutes for six tacos and one quesadilla . Thank goodness I checked my order because I requested them to be soft shell and they were all hard shell. when I brought everything back to the counter the guy in the back gave me a terrible attitude and was extremely rude to me. This will be the last time I ever come back not worth the money terrible service and they can’t even understand EnglishGuy in the back cooking is a jerk and extremely rude
Poorest customer service experience ever!!! I NEVER write reviews on Google, but just had to this time… Michelle is rude and unprofessional to the max! This place has drive-thru window cashiers and cooks constantly replaced, and each one was worse than the last!! But Michelle takes the gold!!! She will surely be hanging out the window with her arms flung down, giving you a look of annoyance and stupidity when you ask if you could order your meal replacement as another cashier promised because your nachos consisted of practically nothing but tortilla chips (receipt in your hand), and she’ll respond, “I’ve been here for 6 months and haven’t heard nothin’ ‘bout that,” gesturing with her claws. These are tacky employees with bad attitudes who show no respect or care for the poor food quality and unprofessional customer service experience they provide to you! If you plan to spend $13 on a plate of food or over $50 on the fam, spend it somewhere with classy and professional staff. These people act like the kind that will spit in your food, so spend your hard-earned money elsewhere like Filiberto’s! I had stopped going to Fili’s since becoming a loyal customer to Riva’s of over 4 years, but now I know Fili’s is where I’ll get my money’s worth! I’ll never go back to Riva’s after Michelle decided to flash at me her 6 months of poor work ethic. LolPeople like Michelle are what make small businesses like this shut down.
WOW.There wasnt anything we ordered that wasn't amazing. The beef burritos, rolled tacos, rice, beans and chips & salsa were an explosion of flavor.Walking in, we knew it was going to be delicious just based on the smells. The kitchen and counter staff were pleasant and most helpful.So glad we came in. Definitely a lot of food for the price. I have to make this a regular stop.
Went here noone bothered to acknowledge us at the menu. Assuming the speaker was out. We pulled up the guy at the window was rude and ignored us. Went to the walk up and nothing. Terrible. For what it is go somewhere else why bother.
Good food, customer sevice is great as well..Prices can be just a lil bit high, but the quality of the food is worth it
