Visited at lunchtime on a weekday, they were very busy 40 minute wait party of four. Worth the wait, burgers are always good! We were given four baskets of bottomless fries after ordering. Ordered three gourmet burgers and one tavern burger. When our food arrived at the table it was big in flavor that they are known for, however on the gourmet burgers it was obvious that the patty’s were the same quality and size of the tavern burger. This may be the result of the current shortages so beware on paying for a gourmet burger and asking yourself where’s the beef?
They were very short handed and the service was incredibly good!!! We overheard a conversation talking about being extremely shorthanded and it was graduation night! We immediately thought it was going to be a "rough" dinner service... boy were we wrong!!!! I would have never known they were shorthanded! The service was great, the food was hot and delicious, the French fries never stopped coming! Definitely a great team running this location! My new go to Red Robin!!!
When we checked in with the hostess for lunch at about 12pm we were quoted 15 minutes. There were quite a bit of people waiting which I thought was a bit odd for a Monday afternoon. When other people came in after us we overheard the hostess telling them they only had 2 servers and that was the reason for the long wait when the restaurant was only about half full. After I heard that I debated leaving expecting the 15 minutes to be much longer and probably slow service once seated. After about 30 minutes we did get seated and service was very fast considering them being short on servers. Our drink and food orders were taken right away and then we were immediately brought piping hot fries without even having to ask! I thought that was a great strategy to calm customers that may be running short on patience and high on hunger due to the long wait times. I also saw a lot of great team work with managers even bussing tables and checking on customers. Started rocky with the long wait but they totally redeemed themselves with the great service and fresh hot food! Will definitely be back.
Delicious brisket burger! It's a bit spicy with the jalapeños but a very berry limeade will cool you down. And of course, the bottomless fries are a good with anything!
Great service and great food.I started going to this location as soon as they opened in about 2005 or so.Back then they gave really good service and the food was good. They are still giving good service and the food is great. This location has always had good service and no issues.The scorpion pepper burger is good. It was spicy but not as spicy as the voodoo sauce that they used to have.

Went on a Saturday at 11:30. We were seated right away on the patio. Our server Molly did a great job. My 2 small chicken breasts were a little overcooked. The small serving of broccoli came out cold. Wife had a garden salad and some cheese dip. We both had ice tea. Our $38 dollar bill did not give us any bang for the buck. The employees were very nice and accommodating. The food, not so much. This is my second time to a red Robin in a year. Neither time will encourage me to return
Excellent service, we had a long wait but they kept us up to date and got us seated as soon as they could. Our waitress was great and the food was all great as well. The manager was sweet as well!

We have been avoiding Red Robin due to service issues. But this location provided us with a wonderful family dining experience. From beginning to end, this was delightful. Congratulations to the entire staff for working together. It can be done.
