Decided to take mom to Red Lobster in Suprise.She ordered the grilled trout which she loved. My husband 's meal was a new York strip cooked to perfection. I had the salmon new Orleans which was also very good. The waitress was very kind and brought mom an ice cream desert and everyone helped sing happy birthday. My mom was smiling from ear to ear. Thanks to Red Lobster for a great meal and to Tanya for her great service
I took my wife to dinner tonight For anniversary. It had been a while since we ate a red lobster upstore but with all commercial and it sounded good and we decided to try it out. We received it right away and greeted by greeted by a very nice waitress name Tanya. The seafood stuffed mushrooms and my wife had a sunset a sunset Passion Passion frozen drink that she said was very good. After after a mushroom scan without our salads which also were very good. We love the biscuits And a 2 baskets full. Tanya then bring our food out out everything was very delicious. The lobster shrimp and salmon was today for and my wife had a Coconut shrimp dinner which she said was also very good and and it was a large portion so we ended up taking some home with us. Overall our experience was very good and we won't return. Thanks to everybody who made our night it are night wonderful.
GM Kathleen took my call this evening. Is going to credit me back for my soup and both steaks. The raw one was supposed to be medium well, the well done steak looked like it was boiled and my family soup 32oz was only a cup. Asked twice to make sure order was accurate and again it was not, server who brought it out said its correct I checked it and the GM was going to use that for a training moment which sizes their containers are. My hope in posting photos is to show what I described to her and nothing more. I was glad she was understanding and fixed what I told her was wrong. Kathleen handled it very well and I appreciate her professionalism.
Went to eat at this location with my friend on a Wednesday afternoon,like always. We both got the bana shrimp bowls which I highly recommend. Our server Tonya wS one of the best we ever had. She spent time talking with us and was very polite. She told me to ask for her when we come back, which I surely will.
We ordered takeout from Red Lobster on Bell Road last weekend and were terribly disappointed. The order was incomplete (missing an entre and side dish) and the quality of the food was not up to par. I'm glad we went inside to pay for the order, otherwise we may not have discovered the problem until we returned home. I'll give them another chance, but not likely to revisit any time soon.
I went to red lobster tonight to celebrate my wife's birthday. There was no weight ticket in and our order was taken right away by by a server named Tanya. We ordered drinks and appetizers and and we're pretty full by the time the main course came but we put a big Dent in it and we're very happy that we decided to celebrate red lobster. Very good experience overall. Very funny waitress. Would you hear again.
I had never tried Red Lobster and was excited to go with my fiancé. From both of us being previous servers, we know what customer service means and can analyze our experiences. Our server was just lacking any customer service or empathy in regard to any mistakes such as taking 20 minutes to tell us the keg is out. By 30 minutes we didnât receive our appetizer either, she had told us she forgot to ring it in. The food was hot which was fine but she never asked us once for refills on alcohol or even water. We overheard other customers complaining about her and realized if we had a different server, we would have had a better experience. This was all on 6/24 a Friday at 7p and the restaurant was at half capacity.
Went to surprise location. There was no wait and we were greated by a very friendly lady. She greated us and brought our drinks and salads right away. We had the ultimate feast. The trout, and coconut shrimp. The food was very good. Great service by our waitress. She kept the water coming. Top notch food and service.
We had a nice dinner. Food came a different times. Everything tasted good.
The service was excellent but it didn't say on the ad that you don't serve the ALL YOU CAN EAT SHRIMP any other day than Monday! I came with friends on a Tuesday! That socks because I was so looking forward to eating my share of the shrimp!
