Y'all need to hire new employees here that know how to provide good service and that are polite. We've used drive thru many times at this location and always end up with majority of very unpleasant employees. The male who took our order sounded like he really loved his job (not) when we pulled up to the window the female was very unpleasant gave looks and was not friendly at all (I think she liked the car when wifey pulled up or maybe personal issues) next female at the window was ok, the best part when we received our food. We had very little fries in our boxes was enough to feed a 1 month old. We been to this location many times and had lots of fries in our boxes. We're not sure what we did but only order kindly and smiled the entire way out but it's all good we will still continue to eat here cause they have some delicious chicken fingers. Please hire employees who love their job and are kind. Thanks y'all!
Chicken pieces were very small, over cooked and lots of crunchy crispy pieces to cover the fact the chicken was small. Worst chicken we had ever gotten from there. Best part of the meal was the toast and lemonade and sweet tea. Fries were cold, cole slaw was warm and we didn't eat it. Spent a little over $81.00 and were very disappointed. Girl out front who took the order had no personality at all. Seemed like she didn't want to be there. Don't know what happened to Canes, it was very good at one time but definitely not now. Wont be going back there especially for that price if the quality of food doesn't improve.
Fast and filling. Canes only does chicken so they're pretty decent at it. I'm not particularly big on fast food but for my once every couple of months visit, I could do a lot worse than Cane's.
:Canes customer service is okay, Their food is awful, the sweet tea taste worse than McDonalds, Canes is the most overrated thing in arizona next to In & Out, The only good thing about Canes is their Bread not even sauce chick-fil a-sauce is 10x better than that Garbage. The WORST PART IS THEY CANT FRY ANYTHING FOR THEIR LIFE, they have a spice level a 0, They have a variety of 0, They give a some trash coleslaw that nobody even eats.
$11 for 4 piece meal with chicken 3 inches long seems overpriced... visited at 9pm and line was long and slow. Asked for hot sauce. Didn't get it. Dark skinned girl working second window spent more time flirting with the customer in front of me after he got his food so I guess it excuses the lack of good quality food...? She was very rude. Didn't even smile one time and handed me my food in an open container. Just like all the other chains, Canes has gone downhill.
Texas Toast Tastes good, but needs to be crunchier with more garlic butter. The Chicken Fingers are delicious, yet portion sizes are small and the bread is too soft. Lemonade is freshly squeezed!
I ordered, and the girl asked if I wanted my receipt. Note to all ,at this location, say yes as I did because they only take your name for your order. So I got my drink and sat down, and waited for my name to be called. So after 15-20 minutes, I waited at the counter and the girl never ask me if I needed help. I had to ask her if my order ever came. She asked my name, she said there was no order with my name. So then she gets the manager, and the first thing he asks for is my receipt. I told him the girl at the cashier asks if you want a receipt, I told him you need to give everyone a receipt. So he said they were busy, so my order got messed up. So now I had to wait for another 10 minutes for my food. By that time, people who ordered behind me had already finished and gone. From the time stamped on my receipt, until the time I got my order was 30 minutes... Unacceptable. BTW, the Diet Coke was so moldy tasting, I had to pour it out and get sweet tea. But when I wanted to refill, both Sweet Teas we're empty and I had to refill with an unsweetened tea. I had not been to Cane's in 3 years because of this same kind of service at another location, and the wife and I decided to try again, nope, strike 2. I will not be coming back again.
This was my first time and I was underwhelmed. I knew they had chicken tenders I didn't know that was the ONLY thing they have. I got the three piece two were small to average size one was tiny, like half the size of the other two. Wasn't bad but nothing special and won't go out of my way to go back.
This last time the chicken fingers were fresh and hot! The sauce was great! I have been there before when the chicken seems like it was sitting a bit too long and the sauce tasted like cleaning chemicals... I figured it was not the normal so thought I'd try again and glad I did.
i must have liked it, we were in town and i ate there twice. i would have liked for the chicken to be seasoned more and i wish there was the seemingly unlimited kane sauce like the foodies i follow on instagram seem to be able to get. fries were really good and excellent coleslaw.
